    I purchased a used car from Delray Honda on 1/19/23 for $19,217. I was sent home with the car, with no copy of a bill of sale or any paperwork documenting the purchase. 24 hours after purchasing the car, it became evident that the car made me severely ill, due to my medical disability (multiple chemical sensitivity), and what was apparently a dangerous reaction to the materials in the car. I called Delray Honda right away to report the issue, and they refused to buy back the car. Having asked for a copy of the bill of sale since the purchase, I was not given a copy of the original until four weeks had gone by. At that point, I saw that I had paid $1495 for the "optional dealer aided accessories" of Zak-tek coating. Having never had the "Zak-tek coating" done, I requested a refund for the $1495, given that it was a charge for something not provided. Delray Honda refused to refund the money.Additionally, Delray Honda made serious errors which could have led to significant financial and legal consequences for me: They erroneously transferred the tag to the new car from my old car which I kept and continued to drive for a month, without knowing I was driving on a tagless vehicle. Likewise, they erroneously renewed the registration for my old car to the new one, thus blocking my ability to correctly complete my registration renewal. Both of those errors were only accidentally discovered by me, and required hours of phone calls and messages to correct. They also erroneously listed the car as a 4 door vehicle on the copy of the bill of sale that they originally sent me, which it is not - it is a 2 door vehicle.When I requested the refund for the service not done, I was told that I signed for it, and therefore they would offer no refund. Further, they falsely claimed to have already discounted the price of the zak-tek. The only discount was the $600 they agreed to take off the price of the car itself prior to my purchase.     My entire experience was awful. I went there to buy a Honda Accord. I explained I had a disabled passenger and they tried to sell me a car where the passenger seat had no power seats. I was driving an acura. I told thejm to cancel the deal and they found one with power leather seats. I come to pick up the vehicle. Entire process ridiculous. After an hour with the insurance guy I ended up doing it myself. It was close to closing so no time left to go ovwr the vehicle. The salesman followed me home as I had my orther car and was to go over the vehicle at my home but, **** was waiting so he left. Told me he would be back to do it and said he tried to call me-- Oops no missed calls from his number. I was driving in the pouring ******* rain with no instruction on the windshield wipers so I stopped there , got it and left. He told me to arrange to come back so i did for today. He was rthere 10 minutes or less when the sales manager called him for a customer. I told him he could go as long as they sent someone else over.. Waiting waiting -- I went inside and yes I did say to one customer how awful my experience had been The sales manager came out and banned me from the place.. I had paid cash for the car.. He said I hafd been instrcted 4 times according to the sales man and been instructed at my home- Lies and more lies.. So they go someone who could not get my phone to work perfectly with the car-- My neighbor finally helped me OMG I NEEDED a **** attachment-- They did not know this. They also did not know alot she showed me.. After all the havoc they offered to buy the car back. I said I would consider it and how much loss would I have to take. He then said I dont want the car back ( a manager ) He said the sales man would call to apologize -- no call I can deal with alot of this nonsense but I demand an apology for the lies. I want the sales man to tell the manager the truth.
