      In 03/25/2024 I had problem with my Jeep Cherokee ********************************************************************************** Schumacher. I tried to use ******************************* but I couldn't used So I called Schumacher ( where I bought the Insurances for Jeep cherokee 2020) and Allstate and Nobody responded and giving solutions to my situation. From that date call, email to ******************************* F&I Manager from Schumacher and *****************************, Accounting Schumacher.Schumacher answers me on April 9, 2024 they're considering returning the value of the purchase with ****************** that I did in Schumacher, but they discounted $524.57 because the total real value of All Insurances was $4,942.00.Today May 10, ************************************************************************** person as agreed with Schumacher and I have not received any positive response.I'm still waiting for my check.I'm sharing this dismal experience with Schumacher and finding a complaint with the BBB.I don't recommend to any car o service in Schumacher.**************

      Unacceptable Service Experience at Schumacher Delray Jeep I am writing to express my outrage and utter disappointment with the service I received at Schumacher Delray Jeep dealer. I expected professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with your establishment has shattered those expectations.Headrest Airbags Issue:While working with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the headrest airbags were unexpectedly deployed. Instead of promptly addressing this critical safety issue, your team is now refusing to repair them. This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts lives at risk.Unsafe ******************************* manager, *********************, demonstrated recklessness by advising me to take the car back despite its unsafe condition. As a customer, I rely on your expertise to ensure my safety. ****** suggestion was not only irresponsible but also dangerous.Excessive Troubleshooting Time and Cost:It took an absurd 60 hours to troubleshoot the problem with my car. Not only did this inconvenience me, but it also resulted in a ******************* of $4,000. Why should I bear the cost of your technicians training? They should already be well-versed in handling Jeep models.Lack of Communication and Disregard for Cleanliness:Your teams lack of responsiveness is appalling. My calls and messages went unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored.Furthermore, when I received my car, it was disgustingly dirty, with trash left inside. This level of disregard for cleanliness and customer satisfaction is unforgivable.I am sharing this dismal experience on social media and filing a complaint with the BBB. Other consumers deserve to know about the subpar service they might encounter at Schumacher Delray Jeep. It is my hope that this will serve as a wake-up call for your dealership to improve its practices and prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.

      *******, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.  When your 2014 Jeep came in with electrical issues, we worked through diagnosing the problems and repaired them as necessary, many electrical issues take time to diagnose, and we apologize for that.  Although the headrest air bags were deployed, we went through Jeep to have them covered under warranty, they declined due to the age of the vehicle.  We are sorry that we could not be of more assistance.

      Let me keep it simple; STAY AWY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!!!!Took my 2018 Jeep wrangler for a recall associated with the clutch on 02/05/24 after making an appointment the previous week.When I got there the first thing the service representative tells me is that they did not have the parts needed. However, he said that it would only take just a couple of days. He also started to blame the individual who made the appointment for the error. To make the story short, as of today, 2/15/24, I still don't have the vehicle.

      On 8/7/23 I went to Schumacher Subaru Delray Service Dept. because the transmission oil light on my 2016 Subaru Forester had came on. I told the service advisor, ******* ******* that I had just gone to Autozone and received a code indicating it was the transmission fluid pressure solenoid. After checking my car out, ******* told me I needed a new transmission. I was given a written quote of $11,819.74. I left the dealership and a few days later, went to an independent garage. The independent garage mechanic was able to repair the transmission by replacing the valve body assembly which contains the fluid pressure solenoid. The total came to $1,413.28. Being a single woman, I feel the Schumacher Subaru Delray service department was taking advantage of that and was trying to make an incredible amount of money (and possibly commissions) on a transmission replacement that was not necessary. Do not go to Schumacher Subaru Delray service for repairs on your Subaru. They are dishonest.

      If you are of minority race don't even bother coming here cause I had an offer on their website for a vehicle of $25158 but for some reason the manager tells the salesman helping the price for vehicle was $25950 why >? I'm like why >? the salesman had no reason just says thats what it is , then some guy there tells me when I got there at 4:45 and they close at 5 the salesman tells you should have come earlier , we are leaving !! so I'm assuming the skinny ************* there is why didnt want to deal cause he was in a hurry to leave with some woman waiting for him so he says thats my price take it or leave it.... I wonder if the owner knows theyre using his dealer as their own little business , no wonder the place was empty like a desert !! nobody there ... DO NOT BUY HERE

      On October 3, 2022 I took my 2019 Subaru Outback in for regular oil change and also for a faulty navigation /radio assembly. I was told at the time the assembly needed to replaced and had to be pre-ordered. I paid over $1,400 and was told to expect a call within ***** days to set up an appointment for replacement. I have never received one phone call from the dealership. Having no word from them I called at the end of October and was told its on back order and should be in within the week. To make a long story shorter I called mid November, mid December and most recently Jan 3rd 2023 and still was told on back order. They have had my money for 3 months and have never reached out to me. On the 3rd I spoke with the parts department, and to the ordering department and finally received a call back from a service representative who was contacting the arbitration department and would call me on the 4 th. Needless to say I was never called. I have had no navigation system, no hands free calling, no radio or any media resources for 3 months and no satisfaction I find this unacceptable for a well known dealership. The car is 3 years old

      Nightmares . Even after second chance at my first incident being overlooked.. my mistake for going back . This place honestly was awful..... everything was ... I went for an oil change , got it and had received my vehicle back with no cap for the oil.. minor mistake but causes huge issues , had no car for 2 days , because they couldn't get me a cap.. they lost it and store was closing .. also never got refunded .even the management said they were unable to refund me for this nightmare process.. they say they'll give a complimentary uber.. which never came , front desk was no help.. ***** tried to help but couldn't get us a resolution either , nor his higher up management .. so they took my money , my cap, 3 days of my time . And this isn't the first fiasco at this location. If customer service was kind and helpful this wouldn't be a big deal .

      Took my truck in because of an oil leak under warranty. I was told it was the oil filter gasket. Truck continued to leak. I brought to my mechanic and showed me the part that was leaking. Schumacher and bill avoided fixing my truck under warranty because of the big job it was. I would not recommend any one buying or going to this dealer unless you want a run around. Bill never returns phone calls or gives a straight answer. I had to pay to have my truck fixed correctly since they basically refused to fix it

      This is the worst service center in palm beach county, they lied about how long my car was going to take to be repaired and once the work was done the part would not work correctly. This was also a recall from Jeep and they were suppose to fix it under Jeep with no fee. The ignition switch was not working correctly once I picked the car up and had to call back the dealership for more service. They said it was a newer model switch and was not a problem, this has not worked right since they installed it. They wanted to charge me $300 for 2 new keys when under the old switch they worked fine. Now my keys don't work at all. I refuse to have my car fixed there and I am having to call legal counsel to get my car right.
