      I am so relieved to see so many other negative reviews here, I thought I was going crazy. Recently, they have decided to "freeze" my account, which means I can no longer purchase from them. They never informed me about this and after talking to the manager over the phone, they told me this was because I complained about inaccurate charges (which were refunded only after fighting about it) and requesting (too many?) price matches. Clearly, they don't want to do business with people who stand up for themselves and don't accept to be charged more than agreed on at check out.In general I've had horrible experience with this company. Poor communication and unfriendly and even rude people answering the phone.

      Upon reviewing this customer's account, we see that it was frozen last year by a manager who is no longer with the company. We sincerely apologize, and have unfrozen the account effective immediately.

      I paid for over night shipping but the medication was not packaged for 3 days. When requesting a refund of the overnight fee, the customer service rep told me that it was in bold red letters that the medication would not be overnighted despite charging the fee. Then the customer service rep closed the chat while I was loading the screen shots of the website demonstrating that the bold red notice did nto appear.

      DO NOT USE THEM! BUYER BE WARE! I am dumbfounded by how terrible this company/site is! First of all, I cancelled an order four days ago and they are still holding my money. Then this morning I signed on to my bank account to find that they had put a SECOND hold for money I never authorized! They are now holding $125 on my account that should not even be there. When I asked why they put a second hold, I never received a straight answer and was simply told that it would be "credited in 3-5" business days, even after I informed the agent that their hold was going to overdraw my account for bills that needed to be paid. None of their representatives ever have the same answer. One told me one thing and the very next day the other told me the first one was wrong with their answer and there was nothing the could do about it. Completely unbelievable and unacceptable! THE WORST COMPANY/SITE FOR PETS EVER!

      Ordered my cat food 12 days ago and cant get a shipping date. It had *** in shipping since the purchase date. . Contacted customer service 4 times and am getting a run around. Extremely disappointed in their lack of follow up skills. On my 4th attempt to get a shipping update I requested to cancel the order. Still waiting on that to happen to. This company used to be great but not what happened as now their shipping times and service skills are terrible. Order elsewhere this company is not worth the hassle

      10 day shipping. All pages and checkout say "fast and free 3 to 5 day shipping". No info day 3, 4 or 5 after multiple calls and texts. Label generated day 6 and package arrived on day 10. False advertising. I would have ordered elsewhere. Buyer beware.

      I was happy enough getting my dogs meds through the mail with discounts while she was alive but my sweet little **** passed away and I was devastated. I continued to receive reminders of refills etc so I went to my account and deleted my pet, and they offered the prefilled choice for reason, which was deceased. I continued to receive reminders which were very upsetting and so I emailed to company asking to stop and how upset I was.I continued to receive reminders to refill ***** meds so I hopped on the chat and left a message.I continue to receive reminders from the company reminding me only that my sweet **** died and how painful it is. Think about this before you buy anything for your pet.

      Impossible to reach customer service. I cancelled an order and they sent it to me anyhow. Over an hour collective on waiting for customer service -- when they answer they disconnect and never call you back.

      Pets meds has changed. 30 minute wait to speak to someone. Ordered my pets meds 7 days ago and still hasnt shipped.Now Im completely out and he needs his medicine.I have to now get it from his vet and pay a lot more after Ive already paid PetMeds.Also, if you try to get a price match, they make it very difficult.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still waiting for replacement or refund of the wrong cat food they sent. Never got the meds for my cat that I ordered. No response to emails or posts on ********* I can't believe they have an A+ BBB rating.

      I ordered Nexgard and Heartgard, two very expensive medicines, one or both or which must have been a faulty batch. My pet vomited the doses two months in a row. She has taken these medicines for years without an issue. I called PetMeds and THEY stated that the medicines must have been a bad batch. Their words not mine initially. They also stated they stand by their products and would refund my money. After a month I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never order from them again.
