Total **** never received my puppy. Unprofessional communication requesting $2500 more for a special ventilated crate at the last minute which I refused. So they simply hung up. Total scam

Its a scam! They gave me a tracking number and everything. I purchased a dog for 800 and was told it included shipping. Flight was delayed they said because of fog. But the weather app I have showed to be sunny in ***********. Next morning they sent email stating they needed **** for flight insurance. I called bs and they blocked me on ******** and wont respond

I purchased a puppy last week. The person advised that a company by the name of Pet Airways would be handling the transportation of the puppy (10 weeks old). When dealing with the transportation, I was advised there were 3 different types of cages. These cages were flight regulated so it was mandatory to purchase. I started with to most expensive crate $2480, because the puppy is a big puppy. I was having issues with the bank paying this customer service rep (initials EN) along with the bank only allowing me to Zelle him 2000. According to the customer service rep (EN) this company didn't allow for credit cards only wire transfers, Zelle, or apple pay. After, paying the $2480 the company then added the Refundable Life Pet Travel Insurance which they advised that it was mandatory since the puppy was under the age of six months. Note that this was NEVER TOLD until I paid the $2480 then I was advised I was unable to still get the puppy. When reviewing the USDA guidelines there was nothing that stated that was mandatory for Life Pet Travel Insurance, only the fact that the puppy must have full shots for the 10 wk old puppy. The puppy is for a military veteran who fought for the USA. This puppy was going to be his service dog. I am appalled by the way this company treats animals along with customers and military veterans. They will not transport the puppy until the $150.97 is paid. Please keep in mind that this information should have been told the first time the customer service rep (EN) spoke to me and my fiance. This has upset my fiance and triggered his PTSD. JUST APPALLED by the lack of communication and unable to get the puppy that I was promised.
