    Disgusting company, they should be ashamed of themselves. When your loved one passes away and you're still grieving, they call you 50 times a day unsolicited, to try to buy your deceased relatives home.

    When I first received a call from one of their agents, I dismissed it. They later followed up again in a month when my property was going to auction. I was going to let the property go to auction but ************ showed up when I didn't know the next steps to take with getting rid of this property. They were able to stop the auction and purchase it with ease. This company is amazing and took the stress away from having to deal it on my own.

    I was referred to this company by a close friend of mine who have worked with them before. I was looking to sell my mother's condo, but didn't want to deal with a realtor.I wanted a cash buyer with a quick closing I could not ask for a better company to have work with. They gave my mom a great offer on the condo, paid all closing cost with less than 60 day closing. Amazing company!!
