I bought a preorder vinyl in March 2021, with the understanding they would be ready November 2021. November came and went with no communication about delays. I reached out and was told they would be here in April/May. Again this time passed with no communication. I reached out again in July and was told they didnt know when the item would be shipped out. We're quickly approaching a year from when the item was supposed to ship with no answers and no possible ship dates.Initial Complaint

Purchased 2 shirts May 24th, 2022 (Order #MCF40453) under one of their websites Middle Class Fancy for a total of $64.84, $8.56 for shipping. I was charged for the goods May 25th. I did not hear from them again until June 10th stating my order was "shipped." **** tracking a week later (June 16th) states "shipping label created, **** awaiting item," meaning my order still has not shipped out yet. This was specifically a Father's *** gift that would now be arriving late. I emailed the company telling them they charged me and never sent me my items and they just resent me the tracking number, that still says the item is in their possession. They could not give me a time frame of the arrival of my item. I have requested a full refund.Initial Complaint

I place an order for a vinyl and a shirt on 10/17/2021. Order #HEM12663 confirmed At the time I was billed $74 I followed up on Nov 29 (*****) as to status I received a reply from someone named ******** on Dec 9 stating Hi! The items on your order will be shipped together since they are ordered together. As of right now ****** record label has informed us that there have been unexpected delays with the manufacturing of the vinyl and cassettes. The production delays are due to supply chain issues that are currently affecting shipping times worldwide. The new ETA is February 22, 2022.It is now March 23 and I have received nothing. I have emailed twice Feb 21 and March 11 for which I received no Reply. I tried to ****** no one answers but I found a number under a different page where I have left two voice mails with no response.We appreciate your patience and will ship all orders as soon as the vinyls are received.
