Call AAA around 10:30 in the morning due to my car pretty much stopping in the middle of a parking lot. The representative explained it would take about an hour and I understood. They immediately sent me a text message with a link to follow to keep updated on the status of my request. I checked the request frequently and found that the tow truck person canceled. I called *** and they advised me incorrectly that they cant see when the tow truck cancels. Apparently this happens often because theyre getting paid more by a private company versus ***. I was advised that they would have to submit a new request and it would take another hour and a half and I had Ardi been waiting 3 1/2 hours. Needless to say I actually drove my car to the dealership because *** would not be there until another two hours.. would highly not recommend ***. Their service is absolute trash and their customer agents do not care. The agent on the phone when I called for the fourth time put me on hold for almost 50 minutes.

I first acquired AAA Premium because Im a single mom with 2 little ones. We drive a lot for camping and its just a great peace of mind to know that someone could help you out when you need help with your car without you worrying who should you call to tow your car or do you have enough money right now to even get it towed. I have used their towing service once or twice I have no complaints cause it wasnt in an accident. I read the other reviews about their vehicle that was towed and with AAAs work ethics Im sure it all happened. *** has a bad customer service when you are trying to figure out your benefits. Sure they are nice when you are inquiring to get membership from them but once youre in its rare (I have never spoken to anyone with good ethics in this company) to speak with someone helpful. Most of the customer service representatives either sound like they hate their job or they hate you. One representative even told me to just ****** Safelite because they dont have that information with them. If I could ****** it at the moment obviously I would. But isnt also your job to give your members right and ample information regarding their needs? AAA maybe is ok for your own peace of mind but other than that dont expect them to be actually good at their job. Point is its not worth it.

I used to love them, but they have left us 2 hours without an update and then said: [AAA - ******] If it would be helpful due to the delay, could we set you up for an appointment for tomorrow? No!! We are stranded in our car in the middle of the road!!

Last week i scheduled an appointment to bring my 2021 Subaru forester to aaa mechanic shop on rt 37 in **************I walked into aaa and spoke to a gentleman about , installing new tires , resurfacing the rotors, and installing oem brake pads.Keep in mind the car has 36k miles. On April 1, 2025 at 9:00 am I bring my car to the aaa shop, a different person at the desk tells me that we dont resurface rotors, Then he corrects himself and says that the worker who does the resurfacing of rotors did not come to work ******** I asked why would you schedule an appointment to work on my car when the shop cannot do the work ? Another lady comes to the desk and says we can take a look at it anyways.Long story short , these people dont know nothing about cars behind the desk , and take advantage of most people because they are not mechanically inclined to understand the process of any work that gets done on ******* the end , I wasted my time with aaa.I drive my car to ****** of ******** where I bought the car ,and they did the job .I paid a little extra , but it was worth every *****,

I have been a *********** for close to 25 years. I did cancel for a few years when AAA wouldn't open my car door with an ID. My ID was in the car along with the medication I needed. I forgave AAA over time, and I renewed. I am now waiting on a tow. I have been waiting a few hours now. They stated it could be 6+ more hours. I do not feel comfortable where I am, but I need to keep my car safe. That and I am not close to home, which is why I have a plus membership. What happened to your company?

Been a customer for almost 40 years with AAA. Ive had the same truck for 20 years now. Its always had a lift with 35 inch tires. Ive had it towed half dozen times in the past. Last year, trying to get it towed they were hitting me for $400 (for 3 miles) because it has a lift and big tires, which its always had. Now I am being gifted a 2006 forerunner for my daughter that hasnt been on the road for three years. Need to get it towed so I can get it fixed to get it tagged and titled. They wont tow it till I have a tag titled. I dont want to spend a bunch of money getting it tagged and titled if it ends up not being able to be fixed. *** is just a huge scam to steal your money.

Disappointed is the best thing I can say. There should be a "Zero" Star Rating.I've been a customer for 40 years. Paid the membership fee for 40 years for four family members - not a small amount in total. Probably have used them 4 times in the 40-year period.Mine was a towing experience - like others. And AAA is great on promises, but their "3rd Party Vendor" selection process - especially for Tow companies - has to have a pretty low ****** details to provide but suffice it to say that *** took the words of a Tow Driver over a 40-year customer and determined that they could not underwrite a loss caused by the driver.Canceled my membership and regret not taking a good long look at this a while back. If you are calling *** for a Tow, one recommendation is to videotape the entire tow connection and hauling - if you can. That's the 'evidence' they needed to underwrite on my behalf. How many consumers traumatized by having to have their vehicle towed - possess the mindset to videotape the guy dispensed by *** to help them? Very low attention to customer needs by ***.

They left my 70 year old mother on the side of the road for 6 hours with one tow truck canceling as she was 5 miles out of their zone. I can not even believe this company is still in business.
