PIN: ******* was my PIN to login. I signed up to be a travel agent with Inteletravel. After signing up I did not hear from the person above me over a month. I received tons of emails and no support. I did not know when to start. I did not know what to do or how to find "deals" as all the videos provided in the Basecamp was more on making money and how successful they are.The one time I needed a hotel on a whim I contacted customer support and they said I had to call the hotels to get an agent rate. When you're looking for a room and on a time crunch you cannot call each hotel. The sign up is very misleading. I cancelled my account and was told if I was owed a refund I'd see it in the next few days. I did not therefore; I asked customer service which said I had to cancel in the first 30 days. This is misleading as training videos said you could the first year. I was not much passed the first 30 days as I had only had 1 additional $40 payment taken out. AND the planet marketing company refunded me two months of bills with no questions asked.Initial Complaint

I would like to file complaint and am seeking reimbursement for travel for misinformation from one the travel advisors with ************, specifically ***************************. We used ***** for our booking to ***** in May 2023. We booked a majority of our travel through avanti and purchased ******** insurance. For part of our travel, ***** unilaterally decided to book a better hotel through Expedia.com and told us all bookings would be covered under tripmate travel insurance purchased for the trip to ***** as such we did not purchase additional insurance. I was diagnosed with a uterine mass of undetermined significance in early April and through several medical consultations and imaging studies, was determined I needed surgery to have mass removed and was scheduled for surgery causing our trip to ***** to be cancelled. We filed a claim with ******** insurance, but only received part of the payment in return, bc while ***** told us all our bookings would be covered under ******** insurance, Our expedia hotel booking that she booked for part of the trip was not. She even told us she would file for our flights to *****, which were also not covered by ******** insurance. She clearly did not understand the terms of the agreement, she communicated false information which detered us from purchasing additional insurance through expedia. She just doesn't know what she was doing. I filed a complaint with INteletravel on7-9-23.. I followed up on 7-12-23 with a customer service agent at Inteletravel who told me my complaint was escalated, but have not heard anything back since. We we were unable to recover about $10,000 worth of hotel costs due to *****'s error and Inteletravel has not adequately addressed this or provided reimbursement since we believe it was an error one of their agents made by telling us all bookings were covered under the single tripmate insurance policy. I've shared all communication and hotel costs with Inteletravel separtely in previous emails.Initial Complaint

I was to fly to ******, ****** on March 27, 2020 but the flight was cancelled due to covid. My travel agent, ***************************, tried to obtain a refund for me shortly after the flight was cancelled. ************ issued a travel voucher for me but I was not able to use it because of covid. Shele continued to try to obtain a refund for me until she quit employment with ************ around March, 2022. Now I want a full refund for that cancelled flight, $1,304.72,The reservation number is JJ7X20E3 or JJ7X2OE3. I cannot tell if that is a zero or an "O."Today I called ************, ************, and spoke with ******. He was willing to help but I could not provide a valid agent number. I gave him the agent number Shele gave to me, P212839.
