August 22, 2022 my car was brought to the dealership for repairs. They brought it to Dealers Pro Choice in ************ since that is the body shop they work with. My car was in their shop for two months, and upon my receipt of the vehicle (10/19/22) half of the issues were unfixed, and there was new damage to the vehicle. I have since then, brought my vehicle back to them and the issues still went unfixed. $3,711.30 was payed to them through my insurance, Geico, along with $500 of my deductible being payed to them. It is clear they are running a scam as upon reading recent reviews others are saying similar things happened to them. They need to be investigated and I need my money and the insurance money back so I can get my car properly fixed.

The repairs were completed as the insurance company estimate. Additional repairs were done free of charge for the customer for unrelated damages. If the customer has an issue she should call her insurance company to discuss those issues they did not approve. Asking a repair facility to incorporate unrelated damage to the claim is insurance fraud. If the customer is to continue to make fictitious claims and slander my business the business will be forced to do nothing except have in house counsel file a law suit. The repair facility also provided a rental car free of charge to the insured (*******) as a curtesy.

I am rejecting this response because: the repairs were NOT completed by the business. The tire pressure sensor light is still on, the headlamp was damaged (cracked) during their replacement, along with the fender trim that they replaced then damaged AGAIN and colored in with marker or paint. I have been going back and forth with them since AUGUST. The last response I got with them was in December when I was told the *** parts and fender trim would be ordered. When I called again last week, the woman at the front desk didnt know what I was talking about.

      Sincerely,

Everything we did to the vehicle was by her insurance company specs. We have every single  invoice, scan and tow bill for *******'s vehicle. I welcome the insurance to inspect her vehicle along with every invoice. A brand new headlamp was put it and that can be verified with the vendor. ******* prob hit something else to make the crack. We are more than willing to help with anything including her sensors but Ms. ******* had made several appointments that she cancelled and and never showed up for. Apparently she has a communication problem. We gladly await for her insurance company to come out so we can provide invoices along with part numbers that will match everything that was put on her vehicle.
