            I had Webb insurance for almost 4 years. The ins rates skyrocketed to the point I paid as much for my insurance as the mortgage. I tried a few times to get a lower rate with Stacy to no avail. This late summer I found an ins. co. for half the amount. I called Stacy on the 25 of September to let her know that I was not renewing my policy. She got angry and and took as a personal affront. Needless to say, she didn't cancel my policy causing my mortgage company to pay out two bills putting my escrow into an the negatives. ( The mortgage company should have also noticed this error as I had called them at least twice to let them know about a new policy) So now I had to write a letter to the insurance company to tell them to cancel. As per their so called terms ,they were allowed to keep some of the money because they say it was not cancelled in a timely manner. So now I'm out $300.00 that I have to pay back to my escrow. Thanks Stacy. How will you be spending my money this Christmas season? Hope your bitterness was worth it. I have recommended you several times,but no more. You are a very vindictive and mean person

            Judy there was letter mailed out to you on September 25th, 2023 for you to sign.  We never received the letter back from you nor a call to say that you did not received the cancellation letter that was needed to be signed.  I asked you to make sure your new policy was going to go thru as your roof had 1 year of life left on it as our roof was from 2000 per your 4 point inspection.  I ask you who you were going with and you would never answer the questions.  So I feel that you are not completely covered as no insurance company going take a roof that was put on 2000 and it 23 years old with 1 year of life left.  Not even Citizen's would take a roof with one year of life. I am sorry if you felt I was not angry or have any bitterness towards you.  Trying to protect you as once the policy was cancelled there was no going back and a new roof would of been required before you could get insurance.
