I was in another state when we had some flood damage to the lower level floors and walls due to the hurricanes. I contacted 4 companies and TSC was the only company that contacted me back, went to my home and provided an estimate. Their estimate came in under what the insurance estimate was. We then made the decision to have more work done that included replacement of all floors, doors, windows on both the upper and lower level, as well as painting all walls and ceilings inside and painting the outside of the house. TSC provided quotes for each project and on each project, all came in at the budgeted, estimated price that was quoted. Larry was the project lead, did a great job and helped us along the way making some decisions on some of the decisions we made and if they were the best way to go. Steve came to the site often to assure we were satisfied and he also helped us out when we found a roof leak, so our new paint jobs would not be compromised. All said, we had a great experience with TSC and would use them again if the need arose.

In this difficult time of businesses appearing and disappearing we held our breath and hired TSC to do varied remodeling jobs in our home purchased Feb.2021, hoping on the fact that many of the great reviews I'd read were current. Our property would be in their hands due to our absence for all of the remodeling, including opening a majority of an exterior wall to the elements during hurricane season, very near our treasured fireplace, in order to install windows. We'd never undertaken a project this involved before, hence our calling on a general contractor that could take us from architect and city officials to final walk through and Notice of Completion, and we couldn't be any happier with the results. And this satisfaction came without struggle, which is extraordinary I hear, considering my husband tells everyone he wouldn't want to work for me, I am picky. Not only is the workmanship very good, they have some good ideas and go beyond the status quo.The company is made up of very nice people to do business with ( they were patient and made effort to work with my concerns about asthma, deconstrucion dust, and critters getting in the house), they are very trust worthy, and we would not hesitate to call on them again if we want to have work done.

I want to add to the company's credit what I forgot to mention in the original review, that considering the amount of floor leveler used in preparation for floating floor planks, and the fact that we knew two rooms had very noticeably sloping floors, I think the job was likely atypical, and yet after a couple of weeks of family use there have been no problems come to our attention.
With past experiences and many DIY projects to recollect I know a lot goes into genuine home improvement, and I see that these job successes speak of their skill, experience, and pride of work ethics.

I contacted several roofing companies for a roof replacement estimate. Steve from TSC came out quickly, inspected my roof and gave me an estimate the same day. He did not try to haggle prices based off what he thought my insurance would pay for. He was nice, honest, fast, and straightforward. From the very beginning I had a good feeling about TSC, however I was told you should get estimates from several companies. After interviewing 3 other companies for the job and listening to their pitches on how I could have them negotiate with my homeowners insurance I knew TSC was the right contractor for the job. His estimate was based off of the job itself and not what he thought the insurance company would pay. Once I contacted him back for the job, he got started right away on going over what would take place during each step of the process of the reroof. Once started his crew finished my roof in one day. It looks fantastic. They were fast, friendly, respected my property, and did a superb clean up job. This is the company to use for any of your roofing needs whether you are going through you insurance company or paying out of pocket.
