Whenever someone is booking a trip with your charter online it would help to have listed in BOLD writing before checkout that everyone has to be there to check in 30 minutes prior to leaving. Or you will be marked as a no show and you will keep the customers money without them getting to go on the fishing trip they they paid for. We broke our preverbal necks trying to make it there before 7 AM and arrived as your hateful office tenant was leaving who marked as a no show because lovely Destin tourist traffic caused us to not make it to the boat dock until 7:03 Am. After paying $420.36 and not getting to go fishing is very bad business. We are locals who live in the other side of the nearby county over in Walton CO. We love to go out to go deep sea fishing and you may have gotten our money this time but ultimately you have lost out on any future money you would have been able to have earned in the future. We usually use a charter out of PCBeach but they were booked up on the only day off work that could be arranged while our family was in town visiting us. We told the very hateful office clerk that we were in route and more than halfway there. She didn't care one iota. We took as many backroads as we could but still got stuck in some of the tourist traffic. If this is how you do your locals I hate to see how you treat the tourists. You call your boat the Destin Princess... I would rename the boat to the Destin Witch instead . We didn't know about the necessary earlier arrival when booked online not written in BOLD before submitting pmt that we have to be there 30 min prior or you will keep our money & not go fishing either. Didn't find out about the true times until after paying & printing it out. We wouldn't have even booked the trip because we had to go to daycare to do a drop off at 6 Am when they opened to then try to make the somewhat lengthy trip over to Destin to what we initially thought was the correct time until we got the nasty gram phone call!
