      I have a lost item at this hotel. It was a pair of Black Crocs. We stayed January 15th-January 17th 2023. The day we checked out (January 17th 2023) I called back at 12:46 PM and was told my item was found by house keeping. I was then texted a form to fill out regarding my lost item. I filled the lost item report out the same day(January 17th). The report number is 26424696. I waited for about a week to hear back from the report. I heard nothing so I called again on 1/23/2023 and spoke to the General Manager I believe and he said they had the item. I asked why my report had not been updated that it was found. He did not know but he went ahead and updated my report that the item was found. He said once he did that I could pay for shipping and it would be shipped to me. I paid for shipping($22.70) and the invoice number for the shipping is 18466-26424696 approval code 035714 and transaction ID 230123O2C-1FA6F802-873E-4CCA-8695-F07C0AB56C90. I got an updated report that i paid for shipping and it would be prepared to ship. I waited for item and did not get it. I called back on 02/08/2023. They said they took it to post office and there was nothing they could do. I checked my tracking number with USPS and it said "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item". USPS has never received the item. Today is 3/7/2023 and I have yet to get my item! USPS still states they are awaiting the item. I called hotel again today, but could not speak to managers because they were not in but I will be sending an email. I will upload all the proof I have regarding the issue.
