I placed 2 orders on November 10 2023. And was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I have not received any of the orders as of now. I’ve contacted them, and James ***** had told me that they were backed up. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt that I would receive the orders. I contacted them last week on January 24 2024 about getting my refund, and was told that the owner was on vacation. And that they would tell him on Friday when he got back. I contacted them on Friday and was told that they would issue me my refund, and that it would take 4-7 business days to receive it. This Friday will be the 7th day. I have a feeling that they are not going to refund me. Because they were supposed to refund me a partial refund of $25 on a previous order. Which I didn’t receive.Please help it has been over 3 months since I initially placed the orders.
