            There are better ways to talk to customers. No matter what kind of day you are having there is no need to talk to a customer the way you did to me. I did not deserve it and I will not be back again. I used to recommend you, but after the rudeness you gave me I will not anymore. 04/3/24 - I just read your response on Google reviews. I waited over 4 hours. I only came to the shop after you sent me a text you would be done shortly on my 2nd dog. I am not always in a hurry and I do not have nervous dogs. Actually calm, sweet ones. Fin wasn't even moving around when I came in and the other dogs were not going crazy on you when I walked in either. Your rudeness to me was completely unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for over 18 years and I never talked to a customer like you talked to me. Your lies on your response to me makes it sound like you were a victim. I am sorry, but you were not. Far from it. Your bad attitude doesn't excuse your actions. Sad that you have to lie in your response to me to try and make yourself look better by making it sound like I was in the wrong. Just sad.
