Curtis redid my pool 15 years ago. It still looks as good as new.

I just saw Curtis's Bright Blue Pools crew replastering a neighbor's pool and it reminded me how fortunate we are to have chosen him and his fine people to replaster our pool several years ago. They did an awesome job, in and out in only a couple of days, excellent work and exactly on the price estimate. No hidden charges, no quibbling over details. And three years later the plaster is still in great shape...no sign at all of any wear or deterioration. Thanks to Curtis & the crew at Bright Blue Pools, our pool looks brand new! Our pool had cracks, was leaking, and the plaster was discolored and pitted. Bright Blue Pools replastered it, fixed the leak in the skimmer, and now it looks brand new! Thank you Bright Blue Pools for taking care of us!

Horrible! Contracted with Bright Blue to do replastering using pebble (exposed aggregate) finish. The resulting work is very patchy with the cement covering multiple large areas of the aggregate giving it the appearance of an old pool that needs replastering... not uniform at all and very ugly. After the work as the pool was being filled and Curtis was asking to be paid, he told me that the residue would brush right off after a couple of days under water. He sent someone out to brush, but it did not come off. His employee ended up leaving the property with a hose running for 4 days (i was out of town). i did not know until the water company called alerting me of excessive usage. After more prodding, they came back and drained the pool again ($$$) and did another acid wash and brushing. Also, prior to Bright Blue's plastering, my pool never leaked a drop. Now it leaks about 4" in a week. After dozens of unanswered calls and messages, i got my fiance to call on her phone... amazingly Curtis answered. Startled, he agreed to come out and see what he could do. He did send someone out, but no results. The pool still looks like crap, still leaks and Curtis again won't respond to calls or texts. This was a $20,000 replaster job, and it's a small pool, and it still looks like crap. Don't be fooled by this company it's Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde after he gets paid!
