    July 31 for approximately $359.80 couldn't find the location. The original place at Destin Harbor we went to stated that this happens all the time with this companies patrons. Advised us to call the company did so and he stated that they were behind schedule to hurry and get there before the boat left. He tried getting there. He didn't give us an address the lady at the original location did. We got there and the boat just left. I didn't asked for a refund I asked if they could put us at a different time. Manager stated no because we lost money turning people away for that time slot. He further states that all he could do was take $10 off the price per person if we wanted to purchase more tickets. I just paid over $300 and you want me to pay more money for a service I didn't even get. I got home from our vacation and there is another charge from this company on my credit card for $50 that was charged on August 1st. I immediately called my card company to investigate because this is a fraudulent charge I didn't authorize. As we were leaving the place we noticed that there is no address on this building or sign so people could know where to go. There are 2-3 other places that has the same name. Warning.... don't purchase your ticket until the day of because if you can't find the place. You will not be refunded or be allowed to change to a different time. Better yet go to the Harbor and you will find better accommodation and companies willing to help you.
