      I am writing to file a grave concern regarding the unconscionable actions of Naser Global, LCC based in *******, which has been relentlessly exploiting my elderly father through an exorbitant price increase for burial services. Since July 2017, my father, a retired senior citizen at the age of 78, has dutifully paid approximately $87 per month for the agreed-upon services. However, the recent bill shockingly surged to over $300 per month, rendering it utterly unaffordable for my father, whose fixed income barely covers his basic needs.Naser Global, LCC reprehensibly evaded transparency by refusing to provide the requested original documents. Instead, they sent an electronic document from 2020, wherein modifications were arbitrarily made, granting them the audacity to unilaterally escalate the prices. This flagrant disregard for ethical business practices is tantamount to deception and exploitation, particularly targeting vulnerable seniors like my father.It is utterly reprehensible that Naser Global has callously preyed on my father's trust and financial stability for seven years, only to brazenly escalate the costs by over 300%, an astronomical figure that defies all reasonable bounds. This egregious tactic not only demonstrates a complete lack of integrity but also showcases a clear intent to capitalize on the vulnerability of elderly individuals, robbing them of their hard-earned savings under the guise of providing essential services.In light of these distressing circumstances, I implore Naser Global to rectify this unjust situation promptly. I demand that they either limit the price increase to a reasonable 50% or, alternatively, reimburse my father for the entirety of the payments he has made over the past seven years. The sum of these payments amounts to $7,308, a significant financial burden that my father should not have borne under the guise of a fair and equitable contract.

      To whom it may concern,

      Unfortunately, the client has not provided sufficient information for us to send the agreement. However, NASER would like to clarify that we are committed to fair practices with all our clients. We serve a diverse age group, not just the elderly community.
      While we have increased our prices, we have also offered clients the option to select plans with different benefits at the same price point. Clients can choose to maintain their current payment with adjusted benefits or upgrade to a higher-priced plan with more extensive benefits. Prior to implementing any price changes, we contact our clients and offer them the choice of plans, ensuring they have 30 to 60 days to make a decision. No changes are made without this prior notification.

      Here are the plans we offer:

      Direct 4 people: $58.00/month
      Direct 8 people: $72.00/month
      Classic 4 people: $88.00/month
      Classic 8 people: $179.00/month

      As you can see, we provide a variety of options so our clients can choose the plan that best suits their needs. We hope this clarifies any concerns regarding this complaint.
