            My complaint is in regards to STERILIZEK NOT respecting their warranty. I purchased two devices in March 2021, but both devices are no longer working. I sent an email asking them to advise on how I can get these items replaced. In total, I've purchased more than 10 of these items as gifts for family members. The last email response from STERILIZEK was on 03-August-2021: " Dear customer, I have informed the shipping department of your request. As soon as I have an answer, I will contact you." They have not responded to any of my requests for an update since August. This is their product warranty statement: Guarantee We guarantee delivery to every country in the world or your money back. We guarantee your Sterilizekïï��ï�� will be free from defects for a full year from the date of receipt. We guarantee a 30-day money back return policy (Sterilizek Guarantee).
