    Love my dress!!! Place had quick shipping, ***************, awesins customer service, and an amazing quality ******************!!! I received soooo many compliments! The dress was comfy & super unique. I will definitely order from here again!

    If you have a defective item they will not accept a return. I bought a bra that is suppose to stick and it falls right off almost instantly. I followed the directions on the return policy to email them if item is defective. When they responded they simply sent the return policy (which I already read and followed instructions). Customer service is awful. Even though I have gotten some nice dresses from here, I will no longer be a returning customer. Customer service matters, do better. Also, has anyone read the good reviews on here? They are mostly fake and trying to **** people.

    I have ordered at least ten dresses/jumpsuits from this company. I kept most of them. My sis stet has done the same. We had several family functions to attend including two weddings. We were both wearing outfits from Saved by the dress and were given SO MANY compliments! The items we returned were handled expediently with great customer service!

    I ordered 8 pieces from this company and I couldn’t be more happy! I read a few reviews that made me worry before the order arrived. I would like to clarify a few things… first of all, their return policy is clearly stated on their site. Secondly, the sizes and measurements are listed there as well. I am 5’9”, 200lbs. I knew I needed XL in most everything but that was not available with every item I wanted. So I did purchase a Large in some of the items, what I will say is, look at the material. Some of it is stretchy and will absolutely accommodate curves. To me the price point for the quality was accurate. All of the pieces were stunning on! And their shipping was top notch. My order shipped out the day after I placed it. FedEx has been lacking in my area so there was some delay actually receiving it but it wasn’t the companies fault. I will be a repeat customer for this company!

    I would give no stars if it was possible, customer service is rude and unhelpful. I had to pay for shipping then pay for return shipping to only get store credit. VERY dissatisfied with this whole experience!

    They have nice clothes however please be aware. I ordered a size small and they were huge on me my boyfriend said it looked like I was wearing a balloon. So first I had to pay for shipping which was $15 to send it back. Then they had my merchandise in their hand and they would not give me a full refund they said they would refund me but they wanted a 15% restocking fee. please be aware they make you pay to ship the items back and they wont give you a full refund. I dont think this is fair at all because they are going to turn around and sell the merchandise and make their profit so they are basically making money off of returns by charging you a 15% restocking fee and making you pay to ship it back its not my fault that the products were way too big their return policy is horrible.

    our returns policy is for a store credit only and it is our customer's responsibility to get familiar with our returns policy before ordering from us. Moreover, we provide the exact measurements for each item in the description. 

    We offered you a refund as one-time exception with a 15% restocking fee, which is a normal practice for any business that offers store credits only. We have to cover our shipping and handling costs.
