Are the people I talked to ******************* , *********************, ***************************, ****** at ************ This is a copy of the email that I sent to Kelly Tractor asking to resolve this.I dispute the invoices below and urge someone at Kelly tractor to discontinue pursing collection and request an amount to settle on to get a paid in full statement and release of liability.I was promised verbally that time would be extended, fuel waved, delivery charges waved and equipment rental charges that were paid would be converted to cover any damage for insurance reasons.Clear physical evidence of this is an invoice with fuel charges and then the same invoice with NO fuel.That is because *************************** personally handed me the invoices and when I corrected him referencing a phone conversation we had that I would not pay fuel, he apologized and removed the charges.Per my phone conversation with ******************* when she said "******* made promises he did not authority to" This is when all creditability was lost.I DO NOT TRUST ANY PROMISES MADE BY KELLY TRACTOR EMPLOYEES!Then on top of it all they want interest.Should Kelly Tractor try and charge interest on money that is not owed to them?Email from *************** morning *******,I just saw your missed calls this morning. Below is her contact information so you can reach out to her. Email is ************************************* Phone number is ************ Thank you,******************* was not willing to move on the amount one bit. Her attitude was "pay in full or we will give it to an attorney."Including interest???I fell I am being bullied by a large corporation that is too big to know what their employees are telling their customers.I started working with Kelly Tractor in the 90s and never been treated like this.The job I was doing did not get finished and I lost work due to the equipment not working and outfitted properly.Business response

Kelly Tractor Co has reviewed this communication and complaint. We are sorry to hear this, and we believe there is a miscommunication surrounding the matter. We acknowledge that you have disputed our invoices. Kelly Tractor Co had attempted to settle this in good faith. We could not come to any agreement. We have referred the matter to outside counsel to work towards a resolution.Business response
