            I tried to cancel my account a year ago and they gave me the run around. I have no credit card on file and today they just debited my account for a product I did not order. I have not placed an order in a year. ***** said he can not cancel the order or close my account. The charges are pending. He claims the order is shipped already. This is fraud and I want my refund for $101.67 and I want my account closed now.

            This business has sales and advertises for sales but makes it difficult to actually get the sale. You have to click on a banner and order the items on sale from a special window to actually get them on sale. Even when you do that, they may fail to take the discount. It was buy 2 get 2 free and they did not take the discount when I added it to my cart. It was only after I ordered it that I realized that it failed to take the discount so I had to cancel my order. They deliberately make it difficult to benefit from the sales that they advertised.
