I was charged an 18% service charge without any notice which is NOT the server's tip, and on top of that the server requested me a tip between 15 and 20% calculated on the subtotal including the 18% service fee. I was contacted yesterday by a Sebastian ******************** representative who admitted what happened was wrong and provided a refund for the overcharge.To me the refund is not important but to make sure they correct this behavior.
The representative assured he was going to take actions to prevent this from happening and I will verify it myself the next weekend as I already had tickets for another event happening there.

Hello everyone, since day one we took action on this matter or misunderstanding, the crew member that did provides such information was fired, reimbursement was made to the client and corrected setup in our system was implemented. I encourage to the client to try again to see if this will happen again. We are willing to improve our services and client's satisfaction.
