      On 2/3/2024 made sofa bed purchase on 2/7/2024 sofa bed was delivered 2/8/2024 reported issues about the sofa bed discoloration on the back side of sofa, a cut that was made on the arm rest which the delivery personnel made and report the fabric been lose. 2/9/2024 pictures was provide 2/10/2024 sale personnel report the claim was made and advise that customer department will contact me. 2/14/2024 customer replies to go ******************** store to pay 30% to restock fee. 2/15/2024 manager didn't want accept the return. And told to repurchase a new item is the only way void the transaction and replacement. 2/15/2024 paid for recliner sofa also paid 30% restock fee. 2/18/2024 sale personnel advise that the corporate manager was not allowing to new sale. And a refund would be Mail to my address.

      The credit card payment is due on March 7, 2024. This company also haven't even send back the payment I paid for restocking fee of $389.99 for agreement to take the sofa back to the factory. I honestly need some clarification about this matter.

      At the time of purchase, the terms and conditions were explained and signed by ******************. The merchandise was delivered on February 06, 2024, in perfect condition.  As our sales contract indicates Furniture can be returned with the same delivery truck for a 100% refund minus a delivery charge. Customers can return the merchandise within 7 days of delivery for an 70% refund minus the delivery charge. 
       When you called the store to inquire about a return,you were informed that you can return the merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Apparently, the information they gave you was not to your liking, and you decided to open a claim because the sofa was not the color that you allegedly purchased; you took a cushion to the store and realized it was the same.

      As you know Merchandise sold and delivered by RANA FURNITURE is backed by a 90-day warranty against material and fabrication defects. We offered to schedule the technician to visit your house to inspect the furniture and you refused to accept the service.

      At this time, we consider that we have provided all possible solutions in accordance with our contract of sale.Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, only a repair for your sofa bed.

      I purchased a sofa and love l seat that were delivered early January of 2023. To my dismay the sofa is completely broken! My child cannot even sit in the middle seat without running the risk of being caused an injury. The middle seat has a console and I believe one the hardware has become lose because it is uneven. I made a complaint with the company and they stated this is normal wear and tear. Mind you I paid over $2000 for a sofa that cannot be used in less than a year of being used. I feel robbed and scammed I was lead to believe that they would provide a warranty for up to one year. They do not cover anything and in fact deceive you into buying faulty furniture. Please reference to the pictures attached where you can clearly see there is something wrong with the structure or this sofa.

      I'm sorry I can't help better, but the images show damage caused to the walls or by moving to another location, unfortunately not covered by our warranty. If you consider this damage to be accidental. The protection plan you purchased from MFS (Montage Furniture Service), which is a third-party company, covers furniture accidents reported within 30 days of discovery and is valid for 5 years after purchase. You should contact them directly at *************** and open a claim with them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coverage offered by MFS, you can request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the plan they have. MFS is managed directly by them and there is nothing we can influence to change their decision.

      Rana Furniture on 3/4/2023, sales order #SO329630. This purchase was a counter table and 4 stool chairs for a total of $935.94. Attached, please find evidence of this purchase and conversation with Rana Furniture in regards to the damages and then not responding.

      We care about our clients, in reference to a Protection Plan mentioned by ******************, it is part of our line of products, which we sell, the protection plan provided by Montage Furniture is a third-party company, it covers accidents in which the furniture was reported within 30 days of discovery and is valid for 5 years after purchase, but ****************** did not purchase it. As a courtesy, on August 9, 2023, J & J Furniture Repair visited ******************' home to perform a service on the base of her dining room table where the problem was resolved. Please see an attached copy of the service. In reference to the dining top table, we cannot repair, since it is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  J&J furniture repair will be able to help her with this issue, if ******************* accepts.

      I purchased some furniture's at Rana Furniture in ************* in November (Sales Order # SO321616). When I finish the construction of my house I put them. It turns out that the dining table that extends and collects, when it is collected and you sit down, hits your thighs. My girl was injured by the dinning table because it is very sharp in that part and there is no space when you sit and the table. When this happened, I called the store and talked to the manager, she told me that she couldn't change it for another table. They don't care what happened, where is the guarantee? where is the customer satisfaction? I only asked her to exchange it and explain what happened. However, I have bought in El Dorado, and if something happens, they change it or give you your money back, no matter how long it has passed. I do not recommend buying from Rana Furniture, when you have a problem they do not solve it.

      Delivery was made on 11/11/2022 and the table was assembled on your property and there was no comments upon delivery, see delivery photo enclosed. We care about our customers, so we checked with the manufacturer to see if there were any recalls on the table, and there aren't. The table is within the manufacturer's standards. On the other hand, we as Rana Furniture, have no knowledge of ********************** chairs and his measurements, since the ones we sold to him, Mensa Red Side Chairs, were returned at the time of delivery because he did not like them. Please see enclosed proof of delivery. We apologize for any problems this may have caused you.

      I purchased a brand new sectional sofa from Rana Furniture it was delivered On 3/23/2023. It came with cuts on leather and threads coming out and wrinkled all over like used. I called **** while driver was there due to driver told me to call them before he can take it back. I was told by **** they will be sending me a text to show them the damages I sent right away one minute later than the told me to give to driver which I went back to driver and he was gone. I was then told by manager at Rana since driver left I cannot return it 5 minutes from being taken off truck that it can only be repaired. A brand new couch is what I purchased not damaged used couch. They sent someone out who attempted to fix it which it is not fixed. I have been calling them every day to try to resolve this issue I was ripped off they stole my money now refuse to take the sofa back to exchange it or give me back my money. I refused to sign and did not sign for it being delivered or when guy came to try to repair the couch I did not sign. I was told by my bank that they provided papers showing like I signed them which is not my signature so they forged my signature. I am attaching text messages from store when I texted the pics to them. I am also attaching pics of sofa where it is damaged you can also see boxes where when it was delivered. This has been nothing but a nightmare. I am also seeking legal if they get away with this. It has times on text messages to show a minute after taken off truck is when I contacted them. I later learned that that is what they do have driver leave so you cant return it or get your money back. They stole from me that sofa is not what I ordered. I ordered brand new not damaged and looks used. They have been ignoring me and providing false information to bank when I tried to dispute it. That is fraud.

      On March 19th, 2023, *********************************** placed a sale order at our store located in Palmetto, *****, **.  At the moment of the purchase ******************** agreed to receive his merchandise as shipping, accepting all terms and conditions. On March 23 rd, 2023, our authorized shipping company, South ******* Silver, delivered the merchandise inspected by Mr. *************;and did not mention that the living room set was damaged.  As indicated in our Sales contract signed by ********************. "The merchandise will be left inside the front door of your house or in the lobby of the building. The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise upon receipt and must return at the time of the shipping with the same delivery truckmerchandise sold and delivered by Rana Furniture is backed by a 90-day warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Rana Furniture will send out a home repair at no additional cost .  Once it has been left and inspected before the driver lifts, ******************** is responsible for the handling of his merchandise inside his house.


      Even though the merchandise was maneuvered by the customer, ********************** as a courtesy sent a service technician to ********************** home on March 24 th , 2023, and the problem was resolved, ******************** signed the service report, in which he agreed to be satisfied with the service performed. A refund is not possible; at this time the merchandise purchased by ******************** is still under Manufacturers Warranty. Rana Furniture can send an authorized technician to ************************ home to perform additional service at no cost if he accepts. 
       We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and advise ****************** to contact our *************************** ************** to coordinate for service at his most convenient time, and we would gladly assist him.

      Bought a dinner table less than a week ago and it's showing rust in different areas, RANA FURNITURE won't give a ful refund, they want me to pay a 30% restocking fee, a very low quality table and horrible customer service.

      On December 1, 2022 I purchased a glass table & 6 chairs from Rana Furniture located near sawgrsss mall.The merchandise was delivered 3 days later but the ************** were damaged . The delivery people took back the table to bring to truck & said would come back to get the 6 chairs but instead they left without taking the chairs . We then immediately contacted the store & the manager at *********** said they would send someone to pick them up but never did. So we called again the *********** they said they would charge us a 30% restocking charge. We told them this is outrageous & would not comply because we followed their policy to return the merchandise when delivered but their delivery people lied to us & did not come back to get them. We finally took the chairs back to the store & got a credit but they still charged us a restocking fee.We refuse this & want full refund

      ******************** you only decided to return just the dining table based on your preference and that you asked us to bring you another table of the same model that same week. When we called to bring the table, it was you who decided to return the chairs, unfortunately the ** applies and we cannot exonerate. As a clarification that we guarantee a good service we have access to the calls and that I personally heard it and it does not agree with your version.

      1. Stools - 3 of 4 stools with manufacturer defects. I do not want them as quality is horendous. The company needs to take them back for full credit.2. Living Room Set - Manufacturing defect, complete set fully paid for was removed and needs to be delivered.3. Office Desk - Desk arrived with damage either return for full credit or provide 50% discount.4. Master Bedroom - Bunkie Boards were dirty! I want these items returned as they were clearly used or mishandled.

      I have notice after my conversation with you on Jun 23, 2023, that I never responded the BBB complaint, becuase they were in my spam, and I'm so sorry for the oversight. I hope it's not too late.

      We received the complaint by ******************** on September 17, 2022, a case was creasted. In the same week of this complaint, we received the new spare parts and a service repair was schedule on October 05th, 2022, we have sent a Third-Party compay, J&J Furniture repair, to replace legs on the desk, change gas cylinder on stool and clean bunkieboard and ******************** were satified with the service and no other issue were reported to Rana Furniture. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
