      I bought filters for my 3M PAPR air purifier. The wrong items were shipped. And upon receipt, I called this "company" (circus). I brought to their attention that the wrong items were shipped. I advised them that I needed the items ASAP and that it will need to be shipped immediately. These "customer service" representatives refused to send a new shipment until I shipped the wrong order back to them and waited for them to inspect it! They messed up and I should be the one inconvenienced. Very bad company. First and last order.

      Placed an order (order#******) on April 9th 2024, items were supposed to ship within 2-3 days.Did not receive any updates on the status, called several times to find out that the items were delayed, canceled the order on April 18th 2024, received a cancelation confirmation the same day which stated that the refund will be processed within 2-3 days. Send first email on May 20th to request a receipt of the refund, 3 emails later, they responded on May 29th that the order "for some reason" was shipped out May 8th. they stated they "wouldn't be able to refund an order that was delivered". They ask me for help to get the items shipped back, which i couldn't offer since they shipped it to a jobsite i was no longer present at. Several emails later they are still refusing to provide a refund.

      Contacted us to return his order, we already sent the instuctions and according to his statement, the product is being return.

      Once we get the item back and get inspect as good conditions, our accounting department will proceed with the refund.

Several instances of contact to resolve this issue in phone calls and emails. Promised refund on numerous occasions. Refund never processed. Shipment tracker shows the items as returned to sender, but I don't have my ******* months later.

      Purchased a Safety Harness , the style of harness was not an approved style. Asked to return and exchange harness. Was told that since it was still un-used and in it's box that I could exchange it and that an email with details would be sent shortly. I ***** been tryin to get this resolved since March of 2023.Purchase Date: 3/20/23 Reached out on 4/13/23 (4/17/23 company responded with questions) - I replied back on 4/17/32 Reached out again on 4/25/23 for follow up (company responded that return was in progress, but would send return detail soon 4/25/23)Reached out again because I have not heard anything for 3 weeks on 5/14/23.At this point I have already purchased the safety harness I needed from another company and just want to return the one from ISP and receive a refund.

      My company begins a new project on 5/15/23. I initially contacted Industrial Safety Products ("ISP") on 4/27/23, ordered some safety parapets for the new project; this material was received 5/2/23 with no issues. On 5/1/23, I went through the same avenues to order some window anchors. I called ISP on 5/4/23 to confirm when the window anchors would be shipping; I was advised these would be shipping either 5/5/23 or 5/8/23. On 5/9/23, I sought to cancel the order for window anchors due to the materials still not being available to ship; I confirmed this with ISP and we corresponded via email regarding the cancellation. Then, on 5/9/23, I ordered the same window anchor materials through SafeRite Solutions; their website indicated the materials were in stock and that we would receive the material within the timeframe we needed. As soon as I placed the order, I sent an email to the representative, ******, assigned to the order asking when we could expect the materials to ship (attached PDF showing false advertisement since the items were not in stock). On 5/10/23, after not getting a response via email, I made MULTIPLE attempts to reach anyone on the four different phone numbers SafeRite Solutions lists on its website; one line rings for minutes on end, one goes to *************'s voicemail, the third rings to a full voicemail, and the last number will ring, then disconnect. Finally, in the afternoon, a gentleman answered, asked for my order number and then asked if I had placed the order with ISP? This is when I discovered they are the same business, operating under two different names. ISP has addressed my concerns with cancellation and refund. However, I have not received a single response from anyone regarding cancelling/refunding the SafeRite Solutions order, which also still shows it is awaiting fulfillment. I have called countless times, sent emails, and left voicemails for ************* on 5/9/23, 5/11/23, and 5/12/23, but not received a single response.

      I purchased 3 items from this company on 1/6/23, Order number ******. I received 1 and am due 2. However, I have to be chasing them down for status updates and the remaining 2 items as the do not have the manners and courtesy to update me. I reached out to them again today (4th time) by phone this time and they told me to wait until the end of this month. If I don't hear from them by then, I would ask them to return my money.
