This company does not have a serious business approach. Neither their website works properly nor do they answer the phone. The site automatically sends useless links and always returns to the beginning. I think I will file a "fraud" complaint against this company to seek my rights (my order has not been delivered for 3 weeks and there has been no progress).I will not do any business with them anymore.Industrial Safety Products Response

I have been waiting on a refund for 5 months. At first theu answered my e-mails and stated my item was on back order. After waitong for a month I reached out again and was told they were unable to get the item and a refund will be provided. Another month went by and no refund. I reached out again and e-mails ignored. I called and spoke with someone and they apologized of course and assured me I would get a refund within 48 hours. NOTHING! I called the company again and said you guys are a big company right? You can just mail me a check for a refund. They said yes. Still nothing. I have been going back and forth with them since November or 2023! My first order with them was fine. My second order was a pair of boots and received 1 boot. They were good about sending me the 2nd boot. My third order the boots came with rubber that was dry rotted. I continue to wait for replacement or refund. Thanks for reaching us about your case, our staff has been reading your case about the refund, unfortunately we are unable to proceed with a replacement or a refund because when you request was out of the 30 days after the delivery for warranty.
For these processes that are out of our hands, is higly recommend check with the manufacturer.

False information on the website. When I placed the order it showed 3-5 days delivery. When I called after 5 days, the supervisor said they didn't have that product available and we had to wait 12 days more. Because their shipment is coming after 8 days. They don't update their website with the correct details. The supervisor's attitude was "it is what it is". They just want orders and are not concerned about the delivery or customer service.Industrial Safety Products Response

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I am not convinced the whole company isn't a scam. I ordered something with four day shipping over ten days ago and still haven't received my product. It is stuck a *** facility in ************ and they are doing NOTHING about it. I asked for a refund and just received an email form ****** saying she would look into it. Worst business ever. She paid again for the order

How do they advertise great customer service? Awful service. They do not answer ANY phone calls. The only time they responded to my chat message was when I said I wanted to cancel my order. Placed an order on July 19th, they charged my credit card the same day. It's almost 2 months later and the product still has not shipped. I tried contacting them by phone, but the phones are down... for days. I've tried the Chat feature on their website multiple times, no response.Industrial Safety Products Response

They lie about what they have in stock. We have tried them a few times, thinking that the 1st order was a one-off. They pulled the same thing again on the next orders. Very bad company, especially when we have people in the field waiting on safety items. Go to Northern Safety or ***** Glove for your safety needs. Use ISP, prices are good, if you don't care about lead times or honesty.Industrial Safety Products Response

I ordered an item and wasn't told that it was a made to order item. When placing my order I spoke with a rep and was told I would be receiving it around July 26th. On July 26th I was told that they hadn't even shipped it yet. Then come to find out there was a backorder on this item so as of today July 31st my item still hasn't shipped. **************** has not been very helpful and I've had to call and talk to multiple people about it. We were charged over $100.00 for shipping and they won't even refund the shipping cost after causing us big trouble with our client that we had to push out for two weeks in order to get this.Review from Common Sense R

30 days past order date, and i get an email asking if i received the order. when told no, they finally shipped. then when i got the order it was completely the wrong item. I emailed back they sent wrong item, and then asked me what i ordered (no kidding) they wanted me to tell them what i ordered, and pictures of what they sent me. I sent them a screen shot of what was ordered, what i received, and the destroyed shipping form (was in box with the metal). waited a week and e-mailed again as i was told there would be a return shipping label, so a total of 7 weeks had pasted (since the order date) and i got one return shipping label. I took items to *** store as requested on my time 6/30/23, to return items (what an utter waste of my time). Today 7/3/23 I was informed they will ship my correct order, after have they have received and inspected the items being returned. so with the time that passes who knows when it will show. I'm calling my credit card company to see if i can dispute the charges as they were long ago paid for by me (they eagerly wanted my money up front). I will try to get them to cancel this order as i had to procure from another source to complete job. By the way i talked to several people at there company, and a couple through e-mails, all saying sorry this has happen. I HAVE never seen a business run this way. I ordered items from them. they delivered it to the wrong address. This company is a big rip off. They stole 208 from me and were very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Terrible customer service!!! There is a star only because the system makes me leave one.
