Had used Atlas insulation of ***** Fla. to insulate under two homes i own in **********. They did fine and I paid them immediately. ******* *********** said you should insulate the attic because you will make the a/c last longer and less energy etc. We agreed on a price and I told him when the property was empty. He said you can pay us when we are done He sent a crew out to remove our fiberglass ***** of insulation. Then he sent out the foam crew who contacted him and said we cant foam this its too steep. He called me and said sorry he was supposed to get out there and look at it before they removed my insulation and could'nt make it. . I said you need to put my fiberglass back, he said I would have to talk to his boss the owner, *****. I spoke to him and he repeated I cant do that you haven't paid me to do that. I said what are you talking about you removed my insulation, now you need to replace it, since your crews dont know what they are doing.He repeated I will put insulation back if you pay me. I said i dont have to pay you, you made a drastic mistake and took my insulation out when you couldnt foam it, (one crew doesnt know what the other crew does he said) I said that isnt my issue, you have to make me whole again and put in my fiberglass insulation. My electric bills are higher and people are complaining about the house being too hot. Please help me get my house back to its condition before this company took my insulation out.
