This company has installed incorrect appliances, they have brought incorrect materials, they have NOT followed the signed final agreements for design. They have been negligent. They have been unresponsive. They have been unprofessional. The quality of the product has NOT been consistent with what their representatives have told me. They have taken way too long and have gone missing for weeks. They have made mistakes and have delivered damaged goods. i wish we never engaged them. I've sent emails to upper mgmt that have been ignored.Business response

I just tried to call ****************** and left a messageAs his cell direct us straight to voice mail.
Also our sales rep have been trying to reach him since Friday and has texted him as well
But we cannot get a hold of him.
I will try again but if you have a different number from the one we have please share it with us.
