      I canceled my membership with Wild Fork Foods in February 2024, as they changed their policies and it was NOT what I signed up for. I deleted my payment information at that time. I just checked through my credit card statement and saw charges for February, March, and April of 2024. Upon calling them, they said it must be a back door problem with their site. This is fraud, and they should be updating their security. If you cancel with them, make sure you delete everything with them and keep an eye out.

      A while back I signed up for the free shipping for $29. They sent me a statement that they didn't deliver to my area and refunded my money yet they automatically charged my credit card on 12/29/2023. I looked at my account and it clearly stated that I did NOT have a membership. I called and was told I would get a refund in 10 days. I didn't and I called again. They told me it was in the works. I still didn't get my refund. I called for the 3rd time and she told me she was escalating the issue. I asked for an email stating they were working on it. I have attached it. Three calls and days later still no refund. I would like my money back. Here's what it says on my account on their website: MEMBERSHIP YOU ARE CURRENTLY NOT A MEMBER I just want my money back and feel like they are hoping I forget.

      Hello BBB team,

      The customer has opened a chargeback against this order. Our terms and conditions clearly state for our membership program that all accounts are auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date provided on each customers profile.

      We have gone ahead and accepted the chargeback totaling $44 - which includes a $15 fee charged to Wild Fork as we cannot refund customers once a chargeback is initiated.

      This customer issue has been resolved in favor of the customers request to receive a refund and feel that this rating should be removed based on our terms and conditions stated below.

      By signing up for a Membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
      These terms and conditions (these Terms) for Wild Fork membership based services govern your purchase and use of Wild Fork Unlimited (the Membership) offered by Food Ventures North America, Inc. dba / Wild Fork Foods (Wild Fork Foods), its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates (collectively with Wild Fork Foods, we, us, and our). Participation in a Membership is subject to these Terms and our Terms of Use[AM1] and Privacy Policy[AM2] , which are incorporated herein by reference.
      By signing up for a Membership, you are agreeing to these Terms. Other services or products offered by us, including but limited to, order minimums, taxes, air delivery fees, are not part of the Membership and are subject to change. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not sign up for a Membership.
      The Membership is a delivery program that allows you to lock in free local delivery, subject to minimum order requirements, within your membership state for the duration of the Membership and is available on an annual or monthly basis. Your membership state is determined by the zip code used when you sign-up for your Membership, and you hereby represent and warrant that you live in the zip code which you have signed up for your Membership. If you move, you must promptly notify us of your new membership address. If you move during your Membership to a non-membership state, please reach out to us at *******************************. Any and all refunds shall be in Wild Fork Foods sole discretion, and Wild Fork Foods is under no obligation to refund you if you move during the term of your Membership. You can determine your eligibility for a Membership by entering your zip code on our Become a Member page. If the zip code tool states Zip not served, then your location is serviced by air delivery or *** Ground delivery only and is not an area eligible for delivery under a Membership.  You are responsible for confirming the Membership is available in your area, and such services shall be subject to the termination policy stated herein. If you sign-up for a Membership and it is not available in your area, you can reach out to us at ******************************* or our toll-free number at **************; however, refunds, if any, shall be in our sole discretion. We are not obligated to refund you, and shall have no liability to you, if you sign up for a Membership and it does not service your area or if you sign up for a Membership in violation of these Terms.
      Effective February 1, 2023, Wild Fork Unlimited will no longer be available in select zip codes. Any members with an existing Wild Fork Unlimited membership in an affected zip code will continue to enjoy their existing member benefits until the current membership term expires, as displayed on their personal Wild Fork account page.       HOW THE MEMBERSHIP WORKS
      You may receive an offer on-site, in-app or by email for specific annual and/or monthly Membership (each, an Offer). Each Offer will include important details and terms, such as where and when the Membership may be used, the benefit(s) conferred by the Membership, the cost of the Membership and the billing interval (Billing Cycle). Please refer to your Offer for details before purchasing a Membership. When you sign up for a Membership, you agree to have your credit card charged every Billing Cycle on a recurring basis until you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Terms, and you agree to these Terms and any specific terms of the Offer. Offers and Membership benefits are subject to change. 
      PAYMENT
      Payment. When you sign up for a Membership, you will be charged the rate for your first Billing Cycle on the date of purchase and your Membership will be activated for the term set forth in your Offer. Unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Terms, you will be charged in accordance with the Billing Cycle stated in your Membership based on the initial purchase date on your selected payment method. BY DEFAULT, AND WITH PRIOR NOTICE TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH BILLING CYCLE, AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP RATE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD. If you do not want your Membership to automatically renew, you may cancel your Membership in accordance with Section 3.
      Declined Payment Method. If your selected payment method is declined, we will prompt you for a new payment method. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any unpaid periods in your Membership with no further charges to you. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your, or the cardholder's, bank including, including but not limited to, overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, interest charges, foreign exchange fees, cross border fees, and other penalties levied by your, or the cardholder's, bank. Please reach out to Wild Fork Foods at ******************************* or our toll-free number at ************** to report any unauthorized charges within sixty (60) days of identifying such charges.
      Billing Cycles
      Monthly Plans. For monthly plans, we will charge you on the first day of your Membership term and automatically on the same date of each subsequent month (the Monthly Pay Date). We will continue to charge you for your Membership, including any add-ons, on a monthly basis unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with Section 3(a).
      Annual Plans. For annual plans, we will charge you on the first day of your Membership term and automatically on the same date of each subsequent year (the Annual Pay Date). We will continue to charge you for your Membership, including any add-ons, on an annual basis unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with Section 3(b).
      CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
      You may cancel your membership at any time. All cancellations are subject to terms and conditions below. To cancel your Membership, please visit the Billing page after logging into your account.
      Monthly Plans. If you cancel your membership at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next scheduled payment, you will not be charged on the next Monthly Pay Date. Cancellation requests outside of this period must be sent to Wild Fork Foods at ******************************* or our toll-free number at ************** and are at the discretion of Wild Fork Foods. If you cancel your membership within twenty-four (24) hours of your next scheduled payment, you will be billed for the next Billing Cycle and your access to the Membership will terminate at the end of the next Billing Cycle. If you cancel in the month preceding your Monthly Pay Date, you will not be issued any refunds or credits of prepaid and unused fees for the remainder of the current month, and you will continue to have access to the Membership until the following Monthly Pay Date.
      Annual Plans. If you cancel your Membership during the membership terms, you will not be issued a refund or credit for any prepaid and unused fees of the remainder of the Membership term, and you will continue to have access to the products until the following Annual Pay Date.
      COMBINING PROMOTIONS
      Notwithstanding the terms and conditions of other promotions offered by Wild Fork Foods or third parties, Wild Fork Foods, in its sole discretion, may or may not permit, as determined in our sole discretion, your Membership to be combined with other promotions. 
      CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS
      We reserve the right to modify or stop offering the Membership or change the Membership rates, at any time in our sole discretion. In the event that we increase the Membership rate, we will provide you with thirty (30) days prior notice via email before such changes take effect. All changes will be effective upon your next Billing Cycle. If you do not agree with the price change, you may reject the new Membership rate, and may cancel your Membership according to the instructions in Section 3.  Any cancellations under this Section must occur prior to the next Billing Cycle in which the new pricing will take effect; otherwise, the new pricing will automatically take effect upon the new Billing Cycle.
      We may terminate your Membership at our discretion and without notice. In such event, we will give you a pro-rated refund based on charges already applied to your current billing period. We will not issue any refunds for terminations related to conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, any applicable law, or involves fraud or misuse of the Membership. 
      CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
      We reserve the right to modify these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms while you have an active Membership, we will notify you either in the membership section of the applicable Wild Fork Foods website and/or via email. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for updates and to keep your Membership email updated. Revised Terms become effective at the beginning of the next Billing Cycle, and your continued use your Membership constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you are not willing to agree to the revisions, you may cancel your membership in accordance with Section 3.
      TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
      Our rights and obligations under the Membership may be assigned or transferred by us to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performance shall be the responsibility of that entity.  You may not assign or transfer your Membership and any attempt to do so will be void.
      INTERPRETATION OF THESE TERMS
      All interpretations of these Terms will be in our sole discretion and all decisions will be final.
      DISCLAIMER
      The Membership and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Membership or its features. We may from time to time request information from you to confirm your identity before renewing your Membership, and we may delay your access to the Membership, without liability, until you comply with this information request. The Membership and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We, our information providers and their agents make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Membership, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. The Membership and these Terms do not modify the contractual relationships among or between the individuals and entities that use our technology to offer goods or services, except as expressly set forth herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I did not have a membership.. THEY canceled it a year ago because of no delivery in my area.  The *** I got the charge I looked at my account.  I have attached the screen.  It says I have NO MEMBERSHIP.    

      Why did four calls result in we will return you money along with the email from them saying they would return my money and now they won't.

      Here is the letter indicating that they don't deliver for me.   I cancelled that membership immediately.  I am very frustrated.  They had 4 opportunities to address this and I was told I would get a refund.    This is my second response for today.  Please look at the screen.  I added text but if i had a membership when i looked the day it was charged, it said I  was not a member.   I feel ripped off and frustrated.   That they argued it after they gave me a letter saying I had no membership and my money would be refunded.  Now if I read this correctly they are planning on charging me more?

      This was my second purchase in the first purchase came with regular ice and turned out just fine.My second purchase came with dry ice in several places open in the box. Nowhere on the box didnt reveal this information as a warning, and I burned my fingers reaching in. The company did nothing to resolve or even apologize. I told them they shouldve at the very minimum offer a full refund for this particular order.In the attached photos you can see the box is not marked with a warning anywhere and you can see the dry ice just open in the box.

      found them online, used them... since then i get endless emails. i reached out to them adn it was supposed to be fixed.... on 5/21/22 i was told i was removed by ***********************, i wrote them again on 5/23, 5/25, 5/27, 6/3, 6/7... dont get replies anymore only at first. Monday at 5:02 pm i got span email, tuesday at 11:22 am, and again yesterday thursday the 9th. please leave me alone. i want to not receive any more spam from wild fork's. maybe ******************* why they ignore people but just make it stop please.... if and when i am still being harassed next week i will file complaints with the fcc. not sure what to do. leave me alone. ************************* never wants to hear from wild forks again.

      I first found Wild Fork Foods when looking to buy whole ducks. I was able to add 5 ducks to my cart. But then when coming back to my cart (after talking about this purchase with my wife), it said they were out of stock.As of today they haven't replied to my email telling me when they'd be in stock. I originally emailed them 10 days ago. On their acknowledgement of my email (reference- ID *******, it said they would reply within ***** hours. They clearly missed their response time.I did check the website recently and they have the whole ducks in stock again, but with a limit of 1! I was planning on ordering 5 ducks to stock the freezer. They also signed me up for their email list and the unsubscribe link doesn't work!

      Hello, our products inventory availability will vary based on demand and availability/seasonality. 

      This customer was removed from our mailing list per his request but we cannot guarantee inventory availability every single order for certain items as it will depend on the season and product availability/stock of the product at our locations. We have alternative items customers are suggested to pick if an item is out of stock as a back up for customers.
