December 12 2022 I got my new wheelchair upon trying the wheelchair it had a lot wrong from not being big enough to having the wrong seating cushion and the wrong backrest the height of the wheelchair way off after delivery the technician took the cushion to so they could order the right till this day I have yet not gotten the one I need same thing with my front wheels I have yet to het the right ones I have fallen two time because the wheels are so small I was given temporary parts but they are not working for me I have called non stop from there office to there corporate office to find out whats going on there response is everything is on back order come one 8 months have gone by and nothing I am so fed upBusiness response
