      I ordered a couple if items over a month ago and received nothing yet. I try to call their customer service number but no one ever answers. I didn't spend a lot of money but it's the principal. I feel like I've been scammed

      I requested three tubs of candy for a candy dispenser at work. Two of the tubs arrived ok and the other was supposed to be Starburst jelly beans but instead, I received the starburst soft chews which don't work in the candy dispenser. The same day I received my order I reached out to them to let them know what happened and that I would like the correct tub of candy sent as well as sending me a return label for the soft chews. No answer to my first two emails, on the third email the gal asked what the problem was, which I clearly explained in my first two emails. Sent a fourth email, and a fifth asking for a refund for what I did not receive and a return label to send back the unopened tub of Soft Chew Starburst. No response yet and it's been going on for over a month now. I have an invoice showing what I requested. I have checked Paypal for any refunds and nothing. I looked at other people's reviews and it looks like very similar things have happened to others that have purchased items from this company.

      I ordered 4 bulk packages 6 each,2 axe body spay 2dove care mens deodorant.Two items needed to be returned. 1st of the items (dove deodorant)was wrong fragrance. 2nd item(dove deodorant)was defective.It spayed continously and the top burst.I contacted them by email and sent pictures upon request and I received return labels.I returned the items and only received 1 replacement which was also defective with the same issue.The other replacement for wrong fragrance was never received I've since emailed them several times over the last 2months and I have not gotten a response.The order #is ****

      I place an order with Contra Market on 2/9/23. I received my order on 2/14/23. It was the wrong order. I contacted them right away via email. ***, from Contar Market, responded via email that she would send me a return label right away to exchange my product. I received the return label on 2/15/23. I shipped the wrong product back the same day. On 2/16/23 I emailed *** asking about my replacement product. She never responded. I went to the website and used the chat to speak with someone. I've been going round and round with no updates or results. It's been over two weeks since I placed my initial order and I week since I mailed the wrong product back. I would like to receive the product if possible as I can't find it in the stores anymore.
