Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received the funds owed to me for over four months. I had to wait approximately one and a half months from the time I received the order. After that, I added the tracking information and awaited shipment to the customer. Only then was the payment available, allowing me to withdraw money from the seller's account to my bank account. The marketplace suggested using USDC for faster transfers, promising a maximum of 3 weeks, but I've been waiting for 104 days since initiating the withdrawal on March 20, 2024.I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the status and urging prompt resolution, but the responses have only indicated that I must continue waiting without providing specific details regarding the payment of these amounts. Every time I inquire about this issue, all I receive is a request to wait while they process the problem, without any specific information on when I will receive my payment.
From what I have gathered, it seems that most sellers on this platform have not been paid for withdrawal requests since March. I find it hard to believe that processing payments should take this long, especially since customers have paid for their orders, we have shipped the products, and the customers are satisfied. Therefore, ********************** should release the payments to us once the customers have received their orders and no disputes have arisen between buyers and sellers.

The business only issued the refund when I informed them I filed a complaint with the BBB and that I would contact my credit card company regarding the charge. The seller never responded to my messages and the company, after stating it would issue a refund several days prior, changed their story saying they contacted the seller and I need to wait for a response from them. I value my time and was irritated having to constantly chat/email support to resolve the issue. I ordered the product on June 10th with the processing/shipping times stated on their site confident it would arrive on time. Both the seller and the company failed to fully assist with the transaction. As I stated, it was not until I informed them I filed a complaint with BBB that they issued the refund.Business response
