      Purchased the Travel Pro 5 in 1 power bank and used it for three weeks at which time it stopped charging my phone. I contacted the company and arranged to return the item in exchange for a new one. I sent it off June 26 with tracking. The two phone numbers I've found for them do not work, and they have stopped returning my email queries. The address label they sent me must not be the proper address as the **** keeps sending it all over the place trying to deliver it. When googled there are several addresses and phone numbers for PWR Mobile and the phone numbers don't work. I think I've been ripped off.

      After continuing to try to make contact with the company I purchased the phone charger from, I finally heard back from them and they followed through on sending me a new device. I was quite surprised and of course grateful and wondered if you had finally made contact with them and that was the result. Now I see that wasn't the case, but I am regardless thankful for your efforts on my behalf.

      I purchased a Fold-3 in 1 charging station from PWR Mobile on 5/8/24. Order number was *****. Delivery number was **** 420835019300110570803170218769.It was delivered on 5/14/24.After I received the product, after several days the phone part of the charger quit working. I emailed them at ********************************* on 5/29 and 5/30/24 requesting a replacement or a refund. As of 6/4/24 they have not responded. Today 6/4/24 tried calling their number at ************ but message said that the number is currently not in service. The way I got their name was googling them. Am worried I got scammed!

      Bought this and the second day I had it contacted them as it wasn't working. We went back and forth and I tried many options but cannot get it to work and want to know how to send it back and get a refund. I have sent 2 emails asking for that data with no response at all.

      I purchased a power bank from PWR MOBILE, received on 5/3/34 and realized I couldnt use it. I returned it on 5/6/24 via **** It arrived at pwr mobile on 5/9/24. I have emailed and called requesting an update on my refund but emails have not been returned and the customer service phone # is disconnected.

      In June of 2023, I purchased two portable phone charger power banks from this company PWR Mobile. They have a one-year warranty on the devices.The devices no longer work, I paid about $150 for both devices. I have emailed then, called the number listed on their website (it doesn't work), and tried to reach them on ******** and Instagram messenger. They are not responding. I am seeking to speak to them about replacing these two power chargers under their 1 year warranty they claim on their website.

      The company finally contacted me and sent me replacement parts for the cell phone chargers free of charge. It took a while and they have terrible customer service, I will not be doing business with them again.

      I purchased a 3 in 1 charger from them on 3/29/24 and paid priority shipping to guarantee a delivery within 2-3 days. I needed a new charger for a trip. It was delivered on 4/6/24 (8 days after I ordered). Upon recieving the product I opened it and tried it out. It didn't work. I sent it back with 2 complaints: it arrived late when I paid extra for a guaranteed quick delivery & a defective product that didn't work. I sent the item back on 4/8/24. I have photo copies of the paperwork I filled out sent by the company and I have my reciept from the post office, tracking number proves it was delivered and they recieved it. I have emailed them, messaged them on ******************** and they have not contacted me and they don't have an active phone number.

      I ordered and paid for this case for my charger on March 17th, 2024. I received an email with a tracking number on March 19th. The email stated that it was awaiting the package to be shipped. I have sent 5 emails to this company and the first two responses that I received were automated emails that they have many orders and will make sure they review this immediately. I have still not received my item and it is in the exact same position as it was on March 19th. The 3rd, 4th and 5th emails have yet to be answered. I definitely want this case to go with the charger that I placed.

      I have returned the item within the time frame as instructed by them in email after I contacted them to return the item, but did not receive a refund. They have received the item but are not responding to my emails and phone calls. This was done in December 2023.
