Ordered products on website www.roots professional.com on 4/26. Company changed me right away but did not send products. Sent emails on 5/3, 5/10, and 5/13. Company responded that order shipped on 5/7; however when I look at *** tracking number 1Z43V19V0393463331, it has said label created for over a week. I have asked via email to ***************************** to cancel order and refund payment. No response. I have never had a company charge me for a product before shipping it.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online with this company on 2/24/23. The order was never shipped, on 3/28/23 I followed up with the company to inquire about order status and company has not been willing to communicate, ship the order or refund my money. I have had a few emails exchanged, but so far no luck getting my money back or the product originally ordered more than two months ago. The order number given to me is ****. There was a shipping request to a carrier, but the carrier has never received the item for shipment. ***********************************************************************************Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 containers of Roots shampoo from Roots Professional. I got a confirmation but no shipping date. I have emailed the company 3 times with no results. I placed an order with this company on February 14, 2023 via the website: ************************************. The order was for:ImperiumTM Stimulating ********************* with complimentary two day shipping.Price: $76.00 I received a shipping confirmation email for order #**** on February 24, 2023 and received the order on February 28, 2023. The order contained the wrong product; instead of one shampoo and one conditioner, I received two conditioners. I sent two emails to the email address on the website: ***************************** requesting a resolution to my inaccurate order. I sent a third email on March 14, *************************** lieu of a resolution/product replacement. I messaged the company via social media on April 15, 2023. I have called the phone number listed on the company's social media page: ************ several times. It is not in service. I have searched for a viable phone number for the business and cannot find one. I have received no response to any of my inquiries.I am seeking and would appreciate help in getting a refund for order #****. Thank you very much.
