      The order was placed July 21, 2024 through my cellphone on ******** through their site. The order number is #**** and the amount paid was $84.98. The order was to be received within 3-5 business days. I attempted to call--their number on the webiste is **************** on August 5th and then I contacted them via email on August 7th letting them know if I don't hear from them either through email or by a phone call by August 16th I would be filing a claim through the BBB. I have not been contacted by any means by them. I have also contacted my bank disputing the transaction.

      On 8/3/24 I ordered a clothing steamer. It has not been received. I left a voicemail at their contact number on 8/14and got no response. Called a 2nd time on 8/16 and the mailbox was full. Also sent an email and got no response.

      Date of transaction was July 13, 2024 I have never received the product purchased. I have emailed twice to the listed support email address which is ****************************************** with no reply.I have called several times to the support phone number of ************. The call goes straight to voicemail and says the voicemail is full, cannot leave a message. If the company is unable to fulfill my order I would like my money back. If they are simply back order I would like an email stating that and when I can expect the item to ship.Total amount paid to the company was $76.48

      I purchased a steamer for clothes on February 11, 2024. When I tried to use the steamer, it had problems; it leaked hot water.On March 15, 2024, I posted a complain on their official website. On March 18, 2024, I got an email from SteamX with a response to my complaint. This is a copy of their email.Hello *****,We apologize for all the inconveniences, here is a return label, as soon as we receive the SteamX a new one will be delivered to the same address.**************************************************************************************************************************** On March 28, 2024, I used the return label SteamX provided and returned the steamer. I have tracked the package, it was delivered on April 4th , 2024.Delivered, In/At *********************** April 4, 2024, 2:00 pm As of June 28, 2024, I have not yet received the replacement. I have called, sent emails and posted messages on SteamX official website multiple times. I have not heard from SteamX.I am very disappointed; I paid $79.99 for the Steamer. Please, help.Thank you so much
