On february 04, 2021 I booked a hotel reservation in ******** using unsold.com as a travel agency. At first I contacted the hotel and confirmed the reservation without troubles but a few days before the travel the reservation was cancelled by the hotel saying that Unsold was out of bussiness and the web page of unsold was down. I paid for a package deal for a ****** resort on unsold.com for $298.10, but I never got to take the trip they took my money, and I was told I was going to get a refund. they still have it on their site that they are going to give refunds and in order they were sent, that was APRIL,26,2021. there are also thousands of people that are saying they did not get their refund at all. On 2/3/2021 I bought a Santorini vacation deal from Unsold.com for $216. It included some nights at a hotel, so we bought our flights and rental car for the next year. At some point Unsold went out of business and posted that you could fill out a form and they would refund everyone when they could. Our hotel nights would not be fulfilled. I filled this form out in early 2022 thinking I would receive this refund in a few months. It has now been over 2 years and they still have the same message on their website.Initial Complaint

On May 8th 2021 I purchased a vacation thru unsold.com for a trip to ******* for $399. Later I found out the company had folded and my trip would be suspended. I was advised to go ther website to submit my travel info/conformation numbers to receive a full refund. It's been over 3 years and I have not received any refund and the website is completely shut down now. This was 100 percent a total SCAM!!!!Initial Complaint

Unsold.com went out of business without notifying their subscribers (myself included). Their website states they are issuing refunds but it has been a long time since Ive submitted my refund request and have not received it back. I paid for a hotel / vacation credit $350CAD and never got to use it because of the issues with the website and its ultimate shut down.Initial Complaint

I booked a trip through Unsold.com. The company apparently went out of business. The hotel canceled my reservation, but I was never refunded my money. I went on the website, and it states they are in the process of refunding monies. When I enter my email address, this is what it states: We have already received your refund request. We will be processing more every month and updating this site on progress. We will advise you when we process your request. I took it in good-faith that they would refund my money. Since there is no number associated with the website, I can't talk to anyone. Contacting the BBB is my only recourse.Initial Complaint

In 2021 I bought a package offered by this company, when I tried to redeem it after ******* found out that the page was out of business, I submitted the form on their website to claim my money back and also a chargeback on my bank but this was not accepted as it was more than a year old.Since then I have been waiting for an answer but I have not received anything yet. I moved to a different country so until now I could not take care of this matter. Found on reddit that you have helped other people and since I am not in ***, I have no clue what to do as I was expecting for the company to issue a refund.This is my last chance to recover the money as otherwise I know it would be forever lost.Thank you ******
