On June 12,2023 I had plastic surgery at Venus Cosmetic Surgery in Doral ******* by ******************. I was not all the way out of anesthesia when I was discharged. Within an hour I passed out at my hotel and was rushed to the hospital. Upon arrival and testing I was found to be in hypovolemic shock and in critical condition. over the course of 4 days received lots of iv fluids and 2 units of blood. I was discharged still with a hemoglobin of 8.9. I followed up with the clinic with the understanding ***************** would be there. I never saw him only the cma. Not only did I not receive everything that was promised with my surgery like liposuction and my navel rebuilt but my areolas are not the same shape, my abdominal incision is not strait and the top half of my abdomen is larger than it was. My abdominal incision has a large hole that is now being treated by my local wound care and I have a substantial hospital bill from my 4 day stay. I also continue to incur medical expenses due to the wound care and treatment for my anemia. I have not heard from ****************** and today the clinic called my mother demanding money. We have also learned that ***************** is not licensed and my surgery was billed under a doctor who never did my surgery.Initial Complaint

I had a surgery at this facility and they didn't do a proper job. They said they would redo but the cost of $3000 was for anesthesia. We all agreed. Now I am being told that the price would be higher. I have reached out to ******* Services several times to discuss this and they have yet to return my calls. The procedure I was to have was changed at the last minute, day of surgery, and it was done incorrectly. They were willing to fix it but now they won't reach out to me.Initial Complaint

I decided not to move forward with the clinic due to certain concerns, since then obtaining a refund has been a horrendous experience. With being hanged up on to quickly dismissed. Have sent the required email, left voicemail messages and have not heard or obtain confirmation that my request has been received and is in process for a refund. I have an app that records calls and theres enough documentation proving the establishment has hung up on me, placed me on do not disturb or stated there is nothing they can do. Its really frustrating since Im having my procedure done ata different establishment soon and Ive yet to hear anything from this clinic regarding my refund. I just need for someone to tell me my refund is being processed to the current acoount and given a time frame in which I am to receive my refund. That is all Im requesting yet the establishment has not been able to give me any answers regarding my return or appoint me to the right staff member who can give me an answer. One even stated they are a small privately owned clinic as if that excuses the horrific experience I have with the practice.Business response

I canceled my procedure. Per the contract I was told I would receive a refund within 30 days. Its been ************************************************* refunded my money.
