Purchased shoes from Sandro Moscoloni online, the quality was questionable, returned unworn following the online return instructions and 30 days return policy. I sent the return to the return address from online return instructions. Paid for tracked **** shipping which cost me *****. **** reported that the return address does not exist and returned the package to the sender. I checked on ****** Maps and apparently the return address from online instructions indeed does not exist. Reported to Sandro Moscoloni customer service via email and via voicemail, they did not respond and maintained silence. The shoes came back from **** and are still not refunded.Initial Complaint

I have placed 2 orders in the last 2 weeks on sandromoscoloni.net website for several shoes and I paid 348 dollars plus 160 dollars a total of 508 dollars when I received the shoes they had too many flaws in them and they were defective and they look like as if they were sprayed with a spray paint can . Very poorly and cheaply made and not done by professional. I saw that they were way overpriced for the way they are cheaply made and I requested a refund from the seller but the seller insists that I pay for return shipping which will cost a lot of money . And its not my fault or problem if the shoes were f=defective and have several flaws in them and manufacturer defects and their colors as if they were sprayed out of a spray can . Too many flaws and I want to return them for a full refund and I want a prepaid label from the seller to return themBusiness response

Dear ****,
This customer complained that he received a pair of shoes that one had alot more polish than the other one and he sent me a picture. Where you could see the difference in the polish. I sent him a prepaid label to return the shoes. I told him once we receive the shoes back we would give him a full refund. Then he sent another email complaining about more shoes with issues but we told him we needed proof. He said he would send pictures but he never did. If he sends the pictures we can review them to see if they are damaged. PLease advise the client that we have a *********************************************** our website.

I am rejecting this response because:the business never asked for pictures. I will send them tonight , but their shoes lol have defects in them and they look like they were sprayed with paint . Very poor quality *********** overpriced for the poor quality products .
