Ordered many perfumes from this stores online website for $35.00 on December 7, 2023 but I never received them. I reached out to them when i received their email saying it was delivered and left in the mailbox when in fact, someone was home waiting for the package and the order would have been too large to fit in the mailbox. No one knocked at my door or left it anywhere in sight while I live in a first floor apartment. The company then told me to contact **** and file a claim in order for me to receive a refund, which I did and was then denied by ****. I appealed the decision when I was notified of the denial and was denied the appeal. I contacted the company informing them that I was *** either the refund or the same items sent again because, honestly with the refund my intentions were to attempt to purchase the items again in hopes of receiving them to give as a gift when traveling. Unfortunately I have not heard anything back and has left me to feel very uncomfortable to ever shop there again as this was not justified whether it was lost in the mail or stolen due to bad delivery services, I never received my package. Attached are my email communications to the company as well as the status of the claim along with the decision from ****. Please note the messages are in Spanish between me and the company via email. Thank you
