I am licensed permanent make up artist. On January 27, 2023 I paid Inochinoki for semi permanent make up classes ( powder and lips). They never provided me with the classes I paid for, as soon as we finished the transaccion they gave a receipt no stating the amount I paid, nether details of payment, or a dates for the classes. I requested a correct receipt displaying amount I paid, date for classes or a copy of the document I signed for them, they refused to do so, then they just wrote with a pencil on the receipt they gave me dates for me the february 10 or the 17, but they said not for sure which date, when I went on february 17 they were given a different class (microblading class), I did tacked the teacher *******, same person who did the charge, she asked me to leave, she even told me she would call the police, just because I was asking to give a date for my classes or refund me, so I had to leave. I have called many times, sent emails, never got an answer, and they do send me test messages offering other classes. They also called ones without knowing it was me, to sell me other classes, when spoke about this matter they told me I have to go in person for the refund. I went again the same happen, they told me they would not refund me and they would give me the classes but they did not have a date yet for those classes, I kept asking with for the refund using good manners and threatened me with the police again. I disputed the charge with my bank (chase) the bank told they ask then to refund me them but they refused to do so, they stated that I did authorized the transaccion. The bank closed the case, they suggested to contact BBB to help because there was nothing else they could do. Inochinoki keep saying they will give the class but never provided a date, and as I need this class for the work I performed I had to take this class on my own to be able to perform this service to my clients. I need help to recover my money from Inochinoki.
