Conexsol *** LLC was contracted by us to provide a solar system for our vacation home in Roatan, ********. We sent a deposit of $9000**** to Conexsol *** in ***** ******* on April 5, 2022. The rep. indicated that the system would be installed by early June 2022. The contract indicates installation within 60 days of receiving the deposit and contract. Since June, nothing has happened. The rep and company have given us false information about parts arriving in ***** in first July, then August, then September and that they would install soonafter but then there were more excuses. Also, phone calls and emails were not returned for weeks. We persisted. Again we were told lies. It is now more than 7 months and we have no system installed and nobody from the company is responding to our messages/calls. Even the *** is ignoring us ****************************************** We have tried everything! We also called the ******* Fraud line our of desperation. Others have also been hoodwinked by this company. We have requested a full refund of our deposit and reimbursement of our electricity expenses to date as promised twice (in writing) by the ***********************, rep in ******* for the company. Nobody is getting back to us and we feel that we have just been scammed. The company is ignoring us which makes us think that they are not legitimate and maybe out of business? But their website is still active. (Note that we did not put in our actual address for fear of reprisals from this company although it is on the banking wire transfer form)
