      I received a defective top for my bathing suit. It has two holes. I contacted the customer support and the mean weird girl kept telling me that its part of the design even though those holes are completely very big defect. I would ve rxchanged but she just told me to get lost. So now I demand my money back I asked for the label to ship it back. I know I was in the store and I tried it on and I loved it and there were no holes, but this one came with the defect and she was trying to convince me that the holes is part of the design which is like trying tomconvince that i am a balerina and imam not a balerina. this is outrageous so after that, I dont want it I just wanted to ship it back and I want my money back as soon as possible. I tried to Attach the pics here but they r not going through

      The customer reached out stating that she needed to return an item because it was defective. As part of our standard process regarding defective claims, we ask the customer to provide images of the product so that we can verify internally. Once the customer sent the images, it was clarified that what she was seeing and considered a defect is actually part of the product design to help provide better fit and support. Even after explaining this, the customer was advised that the product could definitely be returned for a full refund, we just needed confirmation that it has not been used. If a product is used and being returned, it needs to go through a different form of processing, which is why the questioned was posed. The customer refused to answer the question and resulted to insulting language and then ceasing communication.

      We were fine with assisting with the product return and processing the refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The item was defective as it ckearly seen in the pucture . There are 2 defects on one side of the halter and none on the other clearly not part of the design as their customer support kept telling me making me feel like an idiot. All i asked multiple times over and over was a label to ship it back. I also sent a proof that i didnt wear it. It was seen in the puctures all tags were still

      attached.  The pics were sent the day i received the shipment it. Their customer support kept implying that i am an idiot. Although they the ones not being able to either distiguish the defevt from the design or simply lying 

      i need a pre paid label and a full refund or i will go to court . This is a scam selling defective stuff and refusing to

      admit it

      The images the customer sent were blurry and hard to properly visualize, which is why confirmed regarding the questions asked on our end were required. Nonetheless, disrespectful and demeaning language was never used on our end.

      The customer has now been e-mailed a *** return label. It is not attached to this communication as it contains her personal information and we do not have her authorization to release it, but it was sent to the e-mail that was listed on her e-mail. She will be refunded for the value of the top once it is received and in unused condition as she specifies in her communication.

      I paid 87$ and they are now suggesting i get a refund of 67$. Meaning the defective item cost me 20$ and tons of headache! I need to know im getting a full refund of 67$

      We are unsure where the claim is being made that we will only refund $67. The full amount paid for this order was $85.70 including ground shipping costs.We are willing to refund the full $85.70 once the top is received. We provided the return label a while ago. Please send back the top so that we can proceed with the full $85.70 refund once the item is received.

      I shipped as you asvised and it says my refund is 67$ as in the attachment and i paid 87$. So as you are saying i will keep an eye on the refund and i reallt hope you keep your promise and issue a full refund. I took a picture before sending it it has intact tags and the defect
