Received package containing 5 bottles of Ketovex gummies on 6-22-24. We did not order these gummies. Card was charged ******. We called the companys customer service number in *****, ******* to ask for a refund but was given the run-around and offered to keep gummies for *****. We insisted on a full refund as we did not order this product. We have reported this to our credit card company hoping for refund and resolution.Initial Complaint

I was ordering a buy3 get 2 free package @ $119.36 I was charged ****** I called and **** said we don't have anymore of the bogo so we charge you for normal I said cancel my order she said she cant because of rapid fill I called within 2 minuets of the order being placed. This is clearly BAIT N SWITCH FRAUD and A SCAMCustomer response

The vendor never acknowledged the fact that I wanted to cancel my order. Their email stated that they had received my email and it was under review. They kept drafting my account until recently when I contacted my bank and closed the account to prevent even more drafts. I advised them that I didnt order gummies and asked for the information on the original purchase to verify the purchase and no one responded at all. They drafted me for 2 months and I have not heard back from them about cancellation at all and its been over a month since I sent the request.Initial Complaint

Business sent the wrong product, weight loss supplements instead of pain management gummies. Have been trying to find the phone number or any way to contact them. There is one number, but it is not related to Ketovex and searching the website did not help. This company took advantage of an elderly woman and provided only one useful piece of information, the order number. It is as follows. 85 A3725482. Ordered product from this company, was advised by doctor not to take product. Was ordered on 3/6/2024 I returned the product on 3-14-2024 with a returned receipt from post office it was delivered to their facility on 3-18-2024 they never credited back my money to my credit card. I called today and talked to a representative and was told I needed to call them first before returning product. After telling her she has the product and my money she hung up on me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of five bottles of their product, a little over a month ago, now, they are sending 5 every month without me ordering anything. They appear to be a scam. I have lost zero pounds or even ounces with their product. I have not opened their last shipment and will send it back to them if it is prepaid and I get a refund. They billed me this time as GP Ketogummies, but shipped as Ketovex. That tells me right away they are a scam. I have canceled the credit card they used.Initial Complaint

On 2/21/24 at 6:01pm I was looking into the Keto Gummies on KevtoVex.Health.com. I entered my name and address because they won't permit you access the cost options unless you do so. I thought I would try one bottle at $60 so entered my card number, and then it immediately became apparent that this was a scam because it kept asking me to add more onto the purchase. I quickly exited the site but soon thereafter saw a charge on my card for ******, not $60 as indicated and also noticed that I was entered into a monthly subscription which the website indicates nothing about. I immediately emailed the company requesting immediate cancellation of my order, and also called. After numerous attempts I finally got a hold of a women who could barely speak English and who told me that they had already processed the order and I wouldn't receive a refund -- this was within minutes of my exiting the system so there is NO WAY they processed the order that quickly. I notified my bank and will be filing a dispute today. This is a scam and needs to be stopped so that others don;t fall prey to a subscription and cost that was not indicated in any manner upfront.Initial Complaint

Ketovex advertised a keto product which I purchased to see if it would help lose weight. It did not work and I requested the company twice to discontinue any additional shipmemts. The company has continued shipments and billimg for these shipments. I sent a request to verify they received my cancellation request and they have not responded to date. Since I had initially signed up I dont have a problem with the first supply, but I don't feel responable for the second and third shipment and concerned there will be additional shipments and l will be billed for them.
