American Impact Windows & Doors, LLC is are completely dishonest and lack integrity. Unfortunately, we made a mistake in initially doing business with them. At first, when the salesperson, **********, was working to get the sale, he was very prompt in getting back with us. With him, we signed a contract, getting financed through synchrony bank. We were also to come up with a significant down payment. That SAME DAY of the signing, we were having second thoughts about the down payment, and the contract, and we texted ******************* directly letting him know that we were going to hold off on the project, and we asked him to call us back. We tried to contact him by phone call for several days. He suddenly couldnt be reached and disappeared for over 6 days. When he finally did reply, he indicated that you are way too far past your 3 day state right of cancelation to cancel , as per the contract, At that point I told him that I contacted him that same day and have been trying to reach him. After sending proof of my text to him, by screenshot, he apologized and said I just now saw the text . He completely disregarded our attempts to reach him because he knew the contract stated that we had to send a certified letter within 3 days, in which we did not see in the fine print, and he certainly did not bring to our attention: In that time, that he was ignoring our texts, he had an associate, who does the final measurements text us to set up an appointment to measure our windows. We refused measurements, and told him that we were canceling. At this point, we felt there was a huge lack of integrity and we no longer trusted doing business with American Impact Windows and Doors, LLC American Impact Windows and Doors, LLC, never got final measurements, nor any approval from our association to build the windows . We are being CHARGED ****** for a product we DID NOT receive, nor did they get final measurements to order and count as loss. We are currently in dispute with Synchrony.

I'm very upset! They came knocking to offer me a free estimate for 1 year! I said NO three times! He insisted and I said yes and made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, when I said I didn't know when I was going to do it, they put a rude man named ******* on the phone, putting pressure on me and ending the call rudely! It's a shame because The previous employees were very friendly! Looks like they didn't gain a customer!

5 BILLION STARS!!! From start to finish the professionalism, attention to detail, and service has been outstanding. The companies knowledge of the product and process is second to none. At every step they gave me the knowledge I needed or asked for to make an informed decision on what product was right for **** was greeted warmly in their beautiful showroom, was given a detailed product review, and then sat with my Amazing Sales Associate "*****************" to choose the best fit for my needs and my budget. ***** was always either available or returned my calls promptly the same day. During the final selection he even found a way to save me money (he did this on his own without me having to ask).I'm not going to sugar coat it, the process itself is a little nerve-racking, it's a good sum of money to be investing in your home especially with a product that not many of us homeowners are familiar with but when I look back the reality is that it was a simple 1,2,3 only because of the experience, guidance, and care I received from American Impact and their staff. I know they are a big company and my order I imagine was a decent but small one however they didn't make me feel that way, it was really quite the opposite, they made me feel like my order was extremely important. In this industry like all others there are different departments but whenever I had to talk to a different department about my order they were all well versed in the specifics of my file. They all took care of their roll within the transaction and were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous every step of the way .
