On Monday, June 19th at approximately 10:15am, I was outside when a large tree branch fell between my neighbors and my RV. I was literally a few feet away from being injured. It actually knocked the bumper off of my neighbors vehicle and I heard a scream from inside which was my daughter who was terrified when she heard the Big Bang. My daughter plays outside all the time and she could have been hurt or even worse. This is about the 3rd or 4th time in 6 months that a branch has fallen. The business said any damage done is not their responsibility. The trees are clearly dead or rotting. Multiple complaints have been made however nothing has been done yet. I have been residing here almost a year. We have yet to even get our storage house which was promised prior to signing the lease. I am paying $200+ for outside storage bc of this. I would like to at least get something taken off of the rent to make up for that. However my main concern are these dead trees bc my life literally flashed before my eyes this time bc it was the biggest branch to fall yet. I would hate for anyone to be seriously injured or even worse, die. This is a dangerous problem that needs to be fixed immediately.Initial Complaint

We had a deposit for our stay Dec through April of 2023. For health reasons we could not stay. We called and explained to Rita Owens the manager this and she assured us she would refund our $500.00 security deposit it would be sent to us in 3 weeks. Well we’ve spoke to her and her assistant manager Amanda B and they have continued to say it will be refunded. They also said the delay is because my original account was hacked and they could not return because that account was closed. I gave them our new account number. Well to say to this day I have not talked to Rita since March 8 and Amanda since March 21st neither will take call or return call! Very disgusted with the way they handle their jobs. I have left messages to contact us and the number of their corporate office but nothing! Can anyone help us? Terry V ******* retired Vietnam veteran!Initial Complaint

My wife and I were staying at the Tampa East RV resort for the winter months. We left the resort on the 27th of March. We went to the office to pay our electrical bill and to indicate our leaving the site C0914. In June we noticed that Tampa East charged us for the month of April and May. (Our bank statement: 5/03. ELECTRONIC PMT-WEB, TAMPAEAST REMITTANCE ***********. $539.21 04/04. ELECTRONIC PMT-WEB, TAMPAEAST REMITTANCE ***********. $518.00 For a total of $1057.2)We called the office and they sent us the *** Resident Refund Request Form" which we filled out and returned. We have since been calling, emailing and texting to with no result.We are asking that we have our monies returned to us.
