              I hired Florida Pool Tech to fix leaks in the pool drains May 5 2021. They didn't do the repair at that time because plugs had to be ordered. When I called approximately a week later I was told that they were still waiting for the plugs and at that point I was worried about damage to the pool so I called another company which completed the work within 48 hours. I called Florida Pool Tech back to cancel their service. When I received a past due STATEMENT from FPT I contacted my credit card issuer to dispute the charge and it was reversed since the work was never done. FPT is demanding payment and will contact a collection agency if payment isn't received. FPT is intimidating and discriminating against a widowed senior citizen

              We had major storm damage and flooding from the hurricane, so called Florida Pool Tech out to assess our pool pump and see what needed to be repaired on it. The technician was very responsive and thorough, went through the entire system and found other equipment damages I didn't think of looking at yet. He helped taking photos, tested the entire system, and helped put together a detailed report and an estimate to provide the insurance company. I would 100% recommend this company for pool related issues. Once we get our approval we will definitely be having them replace all the damaged equipment.
