The entire process of replacing my air-conditioning system was a breeze. Everyone took as much time as I needed to answer questions and provide pertinent information. The installation was done in a professional manner, clean up and final details were great. I was treated as if I were their only customer. I highly recommend ********************** to ********************** for your HVAC needs.

I really liked this place at one time got a trane unit after a year asked why some home rooms were not cooling as should they said needed new duct hoses they replaced that at 800 dollars year later some rooms were still not cooling I asked agent if it was still under warranty he said should be they arrived at my house guy said Ill have to check with owner and then they wanted another 1300 dollars I said no way we just had a storm 2 days ago my thermostat said low battery I.get this response Hello ****************, this is Coast to Coasts text line. I would advise changing the batteries in your thermostat but unfortunately I cant help beyond that. We have a note that the owner had decided to part ways after the ductwork call last year which the lead installer had advised you of. Thank you for your understanding.They have now lost any recommendations from me.Not true on your response at no time did I agree to a 1300 dollar project I did pay you 800 dollars previously and your guy said he would have to check if it was under warranty with owner in fact my son went out talk to your guy and thats when he said price I did tell my son that I only had 200 dollars when he went out to tell guy we couldnt guy drove off mad at no time did guy tell my son we were not doing business anymore. The first project for 800 dollars the guy had my old hoses in yard and replaced them with yours so what youre saying is untrue. I have my son to vouch for what ** saying have a great day

Our AC serviceman left our area so I had to look for a new service quickly when our AC system went down in 90 degree weather. I called Coast to Coast because of the reviews I read about them. Yes, the reviews they receive are real! From the more than friendly lady who took our call to the prompt service and very nice technician, we couldn't be happier with our choice. Coast to Coast Heating and Air has, by far, the most professional team of experts that made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. *****, at Coast to Coast was our last estimate that we received. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. It was the most detail-oriented document that we received out of all estimates. That alone is what set them apart from all their competitors. It is what made us feel the most comfortable with choosing them to do our install. Hats off to their installers, ****, *******, and ***** for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the *********** rebate for us, which is very helpful. Coast to Coast Heating and Air is top-notch and highly recommended!

I called them on a Saturday adternoon around 1:30 because my A/C wasnt working. They couldnt get someone out that day, but assumed me that someone would be out as early ?as possible on Sunday. They texted me around 7:30pm to confirm and informed them that after turning the system back on at quarter past seven it was running. They suggested that since it was running, could I wait until Monday morning to save me some money, I agreed and didnt think about it the next day as my system ran all night. Sunday morning we drove over to ********************** for the day and got back around quarter past eight at night. The system was down again. I shut it of and waited 15 minutes before turning it on again. The system ******* and only ran about 5 minutes. I shut it down again for around 40 minutes before trying it again. It came on and ran all night. ******* showed up right on time Monday morning and went right to work on my system. He found that the capacitor was weak and replaced it. He demonstrated professionalism at every step of the way and was courteous and listened to everything I had to say. I am happy with the service I received from Coast to Coast!

We needed our AC system replaced. We shopped around and chose Coast to Coast. The salesman **** came out to give us a quote. He even went into the attic to inspect the duct work. Explained different systems and how they install them. We took note about the replacement of the copper lines not reuse of existing lines like other companies.On the day of installation they arrived on time. ************************** and **** were pleasant and courteous and new the job they had to do. They worked well together and we knew this was a task they had performed many times before. Upon completion they took time to explain things and made sure we were satisfied. It's a 5 Star rating from us. ****** & ****
