I brought my computer in for repair. To my surprise I was called 1st thing this morning by an angry young man (who left shortly after I did at 5pm) and was the last person to leave the business stating that their door was broken and I must've broken it? come get my pc they aren't going to fix it. I asked to speak to Andy, the owner. I had already been called by Jason who's usually respectful but wasn't nice today, then Denver the manager who stated I must have aggressively opened or shut the door to have broken it. That it worked fine before the word was flawlessly. I asked him to have Andy call me. No response. Locks break. You don't blame it on a good paying customer. If I had been angry I could possibly see him saying this but that wasn't the case and Jason never Said ANYTHING TO ME as I left....ppl who would blame a customer of breaking a door lock are ridiculous. To accuse a older lady who's disabled who's a faithful customer even moreso? I've been there 4x not 2 this was the 5th trip over 2 computers! The most rude young males ever. This is not a review this is a complaint. Now after I made a specific trip 22 miles I gotta go get it and bring it elsewhere. I really liked Jason. There was no reason for a customer to be accused of a lock that got locked and they couldn't get in. Really absurd! I should have to pick the unit up after he failed to do his job that didn't last before? Same thing happened to it. Of course I would pay for it. I didn't ask him to do it for free I expected to pay him.
