We hired this company to set up our brand new mobile home. They did not marry the two pieces correctly or secure the roof ridge cap correctly so the house is not level and there was a roof leak in a brand new home. They trashed the inside and outside of my property. They tried to extort me to remove a review before fixing an electrical issue that caused half my house to not have power. I had to have an electrician fix it. The subcontractor they hired to do the well on the property did not use new or the correct parts so the well doesnt work correctly. We had to have them come back out at the request of the manufacturer of the home because they didnt use nearly enough blocking for the home and the entire home was sagging. Over all the absolute worse experience Ive ever had with a company.Business response

*********************, yes , we had a few issues with ex employees , But **** has sent someone there to your home every time within a day or two to fix /correct issues, even when you contacted the young man after 9 pm ? have all texts to prove this. On the trash left I understand that but even cleaned your home to try to make you happy which we don't do at all to help the mistakes from former employees , as to the comment of asking you to remove negative comments that call was on (good Friday ) late afternoon ,could not get no one there til after holidays til Tuesday. And if wanted us to go out there at night on a holiday then yes STOP being so nasty (period). Your home passed all inspections first time . And your property was on a huge hill , 3 times my crew gotten stuck on your site ,had to pay for tow trucks , but ,guess you don't consider that, huh. Also well was scheduled but couldn't get on property for dirt soft. In which you had to fill in to fix your property. We try to make everyone as happy as possible , but some things don't go as planned, Maybe being the realtor you are , guess your perfect and in life too? But for us ,we do sometimes make s**** ups and i am sorry things didn't work as planned . But you called about well not working and we scheduled them that same day to come look at it was running fine when installed it and they are fixing it ( parts not working correctly but on order, but guess we are responsible for the parts not working properly . As per pictures home looks pretty dang good? Also missing trim wasn't inside home that is now a factory issue to fix (can't install if not there) ya think? Hope all your family issues and home goes smooth from here on out, We warranty your home for one year. just text if a issue and we will do the best to get there and look at in a timely manner , OWNER *** 4/4/24Initial Complaint

We Purchased new mobile home, hired sub-contractor to remove from transport vehicle to pad and fasten according to code. Home owner (I am contractor) has a signed contract stating that I/owner shall provide Pad. Sub-contract, having not visiting the job, prior to delivery of mobile home, SUB orders 3 loads of dirt that sits there for a week (no authorization for dirt). Mobile arrived, sub-contractor (not here at arrival as per contract) comes later and levels out dirt. Then positions mobile on pad, which is not level, infact now needing 2 blocks on one side and 6 blocks on the other and now wants another $1500, plus balance ($1600). Down payment was $3750. We ordered to stop. Now we have a mobile, but not usable.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/04) */ First your wife order dirt in which was a good thing because your pad built by you said contractor was 3 ft out of level we leveled. And still was 48 inches to 18 inches on each end cannot set a home more than 50 inches frame to ground also. Frame to ground state manatory 18 inches off ground and slopes of 10 ft per side w half inch drop. Cannot to state set until correctly done and cannot dig into ground as you requested per state of Fla laws. As to deposit paid that was for permit s and spot home which is paid in full. Now balance is owed for us to setup home and pad we can do but balance shall be paid per contract day of setup which will will do if paid. Second if not we will remove our name from permit and you can find another setup company to do job no worries there. Your choice . Just let us know what way you would like to go with this. And we have tried numerous times calling you but will not be cussed at or threatening us and hanging up the phone. Period. We do job correct by state of Fla rules. Not your rules sorry call us and talk like a person not a animal Thk you Sam 352-257-1282 Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/03/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
