I am a Senior Lady and was looking for a Good used Truck. I found one on line and went to the dealership to test drive it. When I opened up the drivers doors, it had never been cleaned!! It was full of leaves and deprive. I tried opening up the back door and it would not open!! The cables were broke that opened up both back doors. The sales Man said they would have them fixed!! Along with everything else. The wipers were very rusty and would not work. Also, said they would have them fixed. Along with everything else that needed done. I decided NOT to purchase the truck, because it was TOO old and needed way more work done to it to ensure that it would be a dependable working truck. I went back to look at another truck and was NOT able to find a good enough one at this dealership. I had been ask to put down $500 deposit. I wanted to get my deposit back BUT, was told I could NOT have it back. I was informed in the STATE of FLORIDA NO dealership can HOLD your deposit back from you!! Just try getting it back!!! That is why I am writing the BBB to inform more customers to the fact, that this dealership is NOT HONEST!! I am so sorry I thought I could trust them in the first place!!
